I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a bbq snob. The main thing to keep in mind is that everyone’s tastes are a little different with bbq. However, with that being said, I would certainly recommend Doc’s to anyone that will listen. If you’ve been there, you already know. If you haven’t, then you need to give it a try. The brisket is always amazing; juicy and tender. The pulled pork is delectable. The ribs are perfection; just a little bite to get them off the bone like...

Carry out.. but get the pork steak. I've always said it would be my "last meal" if I was on death row. Best pork steak you can get. I've never had a bad meal there.

The nachos were good not great or anything special, but the cheesecake now that was worth writing home about! Light and fluffy with lots of flavor, taste buds wish I had 3 more pieces, the waistline was good with the one ! 😄
