Yeah not the best domino's in the bunch, rude staff incredibly rude manager. Hate filled pizza joint sadly, and the pizza is floppy and doughy. You want a pizza? Well right next door is a place called Deweys that serves much better pizza and has a much friendlier customer welcoming staff.

This Dominos was the best in the area but they've gone downhill, I ordered a pizza that was supposed to have extra of certain ingredients & they got it partly right except they also got it partly wrong. One of the ingredients ordered that was supposed to be extra was hardly on there the other ingredient was doubled that wasn't. I called up the store & talked to someone who said they were the manager who wasn't very friendly & had a bit of an attitude the whole time we talked. There was no sorry that happened or anything of the sort just "we weigh out all out ingredients so it may seem like you didn't have extra but you did" He did offer a $3 refund for the ingredient that wasn't doubled but never once did he apologize or even seem sorry for the mess up. I'm disappointed to see a store that was once the best in the area be one of the worst. Please Do Better!

Completely useless and awful customer service, no empathy for customers whatsoever. Wont deliver to my job even though I am in Edwardsville, less than 3miles from them. Ordered 3x online, order was canceled each time because then they apparently had no drivers?? Do yourself a favor and save your time and frustration and order someplace else, anywhere else. Would rate 0 stars if I could.

This particular location does not accommodate/allow medical equipment. Both my friend and I were asked to leave multiple times simply because we have medical equipment and couldn't show proof that we needed it. We tried multiple times to explain the ADA ( Americans with Disabilities Act which is federal law) to the manager and he didn't care.
Wheelchair accessibility: They don't accommodate to medical equipment.

This is the best Domino's in IL, and the best I've been to in the entire country. They are fast and perfect. Its the best pizza in Edwardsville too. Highly recommend. I wish they stayed open later because I work nights and I'm too tired to cook sometimes.

My friend picked up a specialty Buffalo chicken pizza and it had NO BUFFALO SAUCE! Then when called she was told that she could get a $5 refund or come back and he can drizzle buffalo sauce on it. COLD buffalo sauce. But who's paying for the gas to go all the way back then home again. THE WHOLE POINT OF THE BUFFALO CHICKEN PIZZA IS TO GET BUFFALO SAUCE WITH CHICKEN! The guy on the phone said he was the manager...good customer service! She should have been refunded for the pizza AND been given the CORRECT pizza!

I placed two orders. Both were delivered to the wrong address. An address that’s not even on my account. Manager or whoever on the phone told me they would not serve me after this issue and hung up before I could ask if he would cancel my order.

I ordered a side of the garlic twists and I don’t even understand how they could feel okay sending something as disgusting as they did out. Extremely disappointing. I wish it would let me post a photo because it’s almost funny how badly messed up and undercooked they are.
