If it’s chilly and you’re in a hurry, it’s a 40 minute hang out in their drive thru because you order at the window and the only place to pick up is in the drive thru. Don’t have a double lane and force people to app order to your drive thru if the workers won’t run drinks out. An absolute disgrace to service oriented places like yours.

I'm from the West and was sooo excited for a Dutch Bros here. Now don't get me wrong, I love everything there, but I waited 30 minutes (yes 30 minutes) in their drive through. Now I would understand this if there for 20 cars in front of me, but no there for maybe 6.. 6 cars for 30 minutes? Unreal

This is my 3rd time here and everytime it's perfect. The speed of service, the preparation of my drinks, and honestly the amount of teamwork this staff exhibits. Keep up the great work guys!!

I feel like 5 stars is the only option for Dutch Bros. I’ve always been pleased with my order (other than once when my cup was cracked once). As a new location, they’ve done an excellent job at keeping up with the Edwardsville and surrounding area folks. Their employees always have a great vibe going on, and even when they’re backed up they handle orders pretty well! Coming from someone who works in the food and drinks industry —I am always willing to go back and support them. Definitely give them a try if not already!
