I just wanted to thank Elizabeth and Tracy for the experience I had today! Elizabeth kindly took my baby and walked around with him so that I could finish getting my nails done uninterrupted. I am posting this so NO ONE else wastes their time, money, or energy the way I did.
I traveled a long distance specifically to give this salon a chance, expecting a professional experience. What I walked into was hands-down one of the most disorganized, dismissive, and unprofessional environments I have ever dealt with in any service industry.
