To be able to get delicious pasta for a reasonable price in a quick manner is amazing

The restaurant is a little messy and the workers aren't very enthusiastic either. The food is ok but the breadsticks are my favorite.

Good food descent price.

I ordered 6 entrees to go on 12-28, the 2 female employees kept correcting the (new) cook about the appearance & amount of whatever he was preparing. Finally got my orders sacked & left. My family each ate one, every one complained about how dry the noodles were, very little sauce, the spaghetti with meat sauce had obviously been cut into, removing 1/2 of the product. It was disappointing & soured my opinion of Fazolis, I hadn't eaten at one for several years, was always pleased with their pastas, but this experience wasted almost $50 for me..

The management of Sophia Henderson provided a experience unmatched by any establishment in the Madison County area. From the leadership and dedication of the loyal workers, the food was brought with the civilised quality expected in a top rated Italian restaurant. Gordan Ramsey, take some notes!

Drove an hour to come here and when we went to the counter no one greeted us, 3 workers looked at us and walked away. The manager and coworkers were sitting at the counter on their phones talking very loudly saying curse words to where I could hear sitting all the way across the restaurant. Very bad customer service.. but the food was good, customer service is everything for me and this place definitely needs some help.

Drove an hour to come here. When me and my friend walked into the restaurant they didn’t not say anything to us and they all stared at us and then all just ignored us. The guy who took our order was rude. We sat down for our food and as we was eating they was all standing up at the counter cussing and playing on their phones. Talking about drama and talking bad about other co workers. Not happy with my service here tonight at all.

Great food and good service. They didnt get our order perfect but they fixed it right away as soon as we pointed it out so 5 stars from me.

I love the pasta and have yet to be disappointed. And the endless breadsticks are a favorite. I have a friend who goes just for the breadsticks.

Nice place to eat

Fazoli's has always been pretty decent Italian fast food. This location is well run. Tables are usually clean. Service is good and staff is friendly. I especially like the fact that they have caffeine free diet Coke. It's hard to find a caffeine and sugar free drink at most restaurants. Well, there's always water I suppose, but what fun is that when you're going out to eat?

Came here for homecoming with the boys, I can confirm I had a great experience. The staff was nice, respectful, and adequate. Food was excellent and was ready quickly.
