Firehouse Subs Edwardsville Troy Rd.

I usually like this place but theve been really slow with service lately.

In my opinion, the second best sandwich shop in Edwardsville. Would recommend the Firehouse Meatball sub, trust me, it’s Tasty

Great place! Amazing fresh hot made to order food! Always clean and fast! GM and AGM are the best!Food has never let me down. Definitely recommend the Italian or brisket! New fries & chocolate are also amazing! 🤤🔥

Food is always on point

I’m a firehouse subs fan, but this Edwardsville Location is going down the tubes
The restaurant was dirty
The staff wouldn’t even look up from the counter to greet me And ask what I was there for.

all the employees were super kind and talkative. my sandwich was super good too! only reason I didn't give a 5 is because it did take 25 minutes to get my sandwich.

Every time I eat here, they are always friendly and quick!! Love the sandwiches

I ordered firehouse salad for 8.29 cents off menu that said with ham and turkey or grilled chicken then charged me 2.50 ex for the chicken they said chicken was extra even though the menu didn't say the extra charge.i think you need to post all cost menu
So we left and went to subway food and price was fine

I normally get my food to go, and it's always great, and I love the service, and what they stand for, but sometimes they forget my pickle slice, however, today they gave me two pickle slices, and I have to thank them and sm:)e. This place is awesome!

I would have done a 5*, but my hot ham and cheese was almost inedible. The other sandwiches were fine, but that one was so dry, and the bread ends were incredibly hard.

I come here a lot and usually it’s always great! However this past time I got the hook and ladder and bit into a large sharp piece of either a bone or cartilage. Again this has never happened but definitely not a great experience

Great place for a good sandwich. Super nice employees, my only complaint is the Coca-Cola machine produces the worst tasting Diet Coke ever! It's been like this since it opened so doubt it is a problem with an employee. Its a machine problem so I have to get another drink like Dr. Pepper but that is a lot of sugar! Anyhow great sandwiches!
