Service is solid and friendly. Food is expensive and just OK. Everyone is thrilled with the giant amount of fries.... But not so exciting if they are just OK fries - but that is a personal taste thing for sure. Place was clean and ordering was easy. Really pricey for slightly upscale fast food.

I had previously left a five star review until my last visit, I had the worst experience EVER at a restaurant in the area.I was waiting for a order and asked the manager if he was the person who went viral and this man went absolutely crazy.I asked for a card to contact the owner of this restaurant and he got even worse,he then asked me to leave and I did. I have asked about him before from other management in that location and they all had negative things to say.I also reached out to the corporate office to let them know of the situation as this man is a horrible look for 5 guys. I hope the owner can see this and maybe take care of this man,but I believe he might be his son and that's even worse.That store is already on the decline so hope he fixes his employe, IE FIRE HIM
We were literally the only ones in the restaurant and couldn't sit at a table because every table was dirty. And they messed up our order when it was four employees standing around talking in the kitchen with one kid actually trying to work.

A lot of complications with my order toady. I ordered through the Five Guy's website that they never received. I decided to go pick-up my order, I'm told they have it and doordash is picking it up. I said to them I will just pick up my order. I get there, talked to the GM, and after a few minutes he was able to resolve the situation. Long story short the employee's had poor attitudes about their mess ups. The GM is a real manager that knows how to handle situations.
