I've walked out of better places than this. Fatboy taking my order was rude and disrespectful and then gave me a bunch of mouthy attitude as I left without finishing my order. Someone should let him know — no, I will NOT be back.

Burger was good and flavorful. Fries were basic and not really seasoned much. Restaurant wasn't very clean but they could've come off a rush. Service was fast and friendly though.

Wonderful burgers at a premium cost. Not a great place to visit if you are looking for value. If you are looking for a similar price and time commitment as a sit down restaurant that is the experience you will have. This parking lot has to be one of the worst designs I have seen in the modern day. Who in the world designed this building? Its like they're trying to operate out of a closet. Poor jersey mikes next door is quite literally a closet operating as a sandwich shop. I would not have picked this location if I were the one operating it. I would strongly advise the owners reconsider the location.Parking: This has to be the smallest afterthought of a parking lot I have ever seen a modern business attempt to operate out of. The parking lot quite literally bottlenecks the flow of business. I have decided not to eat here solely because of the cartoonishly small parking lot.

Burgers are great! Service was fast and accurate. Tables were not bused quickly enough and it is very loud but otherwise fine. The restroom was clean and well stocked.

The guy at the front was the only worker there when we got there and he was doing like four things at once but was handling everything amazingly! He was excited and happy to be there and help. He thanked us on our way out!

Good food great music and fast service, only problem with the place is my meal was 25$ after tip, which is enough that I visit less than once or twice a year.
I like an experience where I am appreciated as a customer. When you spend a premium for burgers, the service better match. Here it does. The employees were grateful for our business and jumped through hoops to make sure we were happy with our experience. The owner of this location should be proud of the team.

I was extremely delighted when a stranger behind me bought my lunch. Even a bad morning became Uplifting. There are still Awesome People in the !!!!! The manager and staff took pictures and submitted them in their FACEBOOK PAGE. I was a celebrity for a Day!Thanks Five Guys in Edwardsville,IL.Parking: Corner location easy to see and find
