It was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS!!! the sweet potato tots are SOOOOO good, they had something like sea salt on the outside, sweet potato inside (just the perfect combo of sweet & salty!) I had the burger that comes on sourdough, I forget the name of it tho, but it's SO BIG & DELICIOUS!!! I enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff are all very kind and helpful with suggestions. Overall, it was a GREAT experience! I will MOST DEFINITELY be going back)!

Watched my food sit on the counter for 8-10 minutes under no heat lamp or nothing. I won’t be back personally with price and service. 35 minutes for burger, cheese fry, and milk shake to go

I had not had a burger in almost 2 months! Decided to pop in for a birthday burger and customized it. It was sooo good! I got a regular burger with herb mayo, andoulaise sauce, blue cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and subbed for sour dough. It was so delicious! I savored every bite!
The only thing I would change and the reason I gave 4 stars for service is no one recognized I was there. Nothing on entrance, which I didn’t really expect. I went past the line to the spot that said pickup. I had never been to this location before so I waited at the counter. No one acknowledged I was there at all, didn’t even look at me. It wasn’t until another girl came up to the same area and grabbed an employees attention saying she had a pickup order. They were still working on hers, but they still didn’t acknowledge me standing right there. I had to grab her attention and stated I didn’t realize I was suppose to tell them I had a pickup order. She said “oh”, and asked my name. She went over and grabbed my bag that had been sitting out of sight. She was polite and friendly then, telling me to have a good night. I just wondered after standing there for about 5 minutes without any interaction, how long I would have stood there waiting if that other person hadn’t come up.

I came in with a large group. Approximately 20 individuals with disabilities. The food came out quickly, fresh and correctly as ordered. However it was the service that really won it all over. The staff were friendly and kind, and so patient.

Burger was really good.
But not so good that it’s worth $25 and a 40 minute wait served on a fast food tray.

Also they forgot my side and never brought it out after asking about it. ?

They definitely need to hire more staff.

Not a good experience, won’t be going back

FF and milkshakes were good. hamburger was tough and bun tasted odd. I didn't eat it. 2 burgers 1 ff 1 mac& cheese 2 shakes $50 bucks. We won't be back.
