I’m a big fan of Jersey Mike’s subs. I get the California chicken every single time. Definitely my favorite. However, whoever made them tonight needs to find a different job because it wasn’t so good. Hardly any filling and my bread was soggy. But, I will be back because they are my fav!

I asked the lady for a bowl not once, not twice, but three times, and my sandwich still was bread. Not just bread though, it was absolutely soggy. They were really nice and pleasant though.

Ordered online at 7:06PM on 12/2/23. Apps says it will be ready at 7:21 pm. I get there at 7:20 and go to the pick up area. No sandwiches. I watch a family of three order and then another guy order and get their food before I'm even acknowledged. They made eye contact with me several times. Finally the employee asked if I wanted to order (I'm still next to the carry out area). I told him I'm waiting on my food that was supposed to be ready. They ask me the names and they frantic look around for the order slip and it is sitting on the counter and no one knew who pulled it off. It's 7:30. I finally get my 2 sandwiches at 7:33. My son's sandwich had some peppers and onions on it which the order clearly had labeled "no pepper and onions".There was 3-4 employees in there. It wasn't busy by any means. After reading other reviews, there seems to be an issue with online orders getting processed.My sandwich was okay, but nothing to write home about.

Best fast-casual sub sandwich chain; I'm glad there is this location, though it's tucked away and has poor roadway visibility. Workers here have always been very friendly any time I've been there.

Sandwiches have been correct each visit since it's opened. Reasonable amount of oil & vinegar unlike some other JM's I've had. Greeted pleasantly & mobile order was complete 10 minutes before app's estimated ready time. Happy employees & convenient location!

A girl with a nose piercing who works at the edwardsville store ruined our dining experience with Jersey mikes by snapping at a customer. “I just slice it up dude” it’s just like wow that’s not nice to snap at a kid who is innocent.The lobby trash was over flowing and flies were everywhere as we walked away out the door.Our food was the only bright spot tonight.
