Asked 4 hibiscus fresh water... told they don't have it because NO BODY ask for it... hard to believe, instead of it was offered Orchata and kind of pressure to take it... asked 4 Coke Zero, they offered only regular coke bottle or plenty of Pepsi products... that moment confirmed the pressure 4 which products they have. It's ok, but not nice.

The service was good. My wife and I split a molcajete when we go out to get mexican food. On a scale of 1-10 we both have this one a 3. There was barely any meat, it was mostly tomatoes (LOTS OF TOMATOE) and onions. It tasted like it was cooked in tomatoes sauce. Salsa was meh. Maybe it was an off night. But most likely, won't come back to see.
HUGE portions and really tasty food. Pretty affordable too. $30 for two meals and drinks. Would definitely recommend.
Salsa is great, a little bit fire roasted maybe. Flavors were fresh and tasty.

Husband and I tried La Fonda for the first time yesterday. Our first visit certainly won’t be the last. Take out service was smooth and fast, the people were friendly and helpful, most importantly, the food was amazing. It was packed well for our rather lengthy trip home and was still hot upon arrival. The vegetarian options were plentiful and so good. Highly recommend La Fonda, can’t wait to go back!
Food and service is always top notch. They recently started charging for if you don't pay cash or check so just an heads up.
