Worst place ever! The food was super gross! I wanted a sandwich out of the bread I wanted fruit out of fruit. I had to get different bread and a different side! And both of them were super gross! They have 2 lines? Super confused about that?

Just want to give a shout out to McAlister’s Deli in Edwardsville. On 5/15/25, our work group needed a last minute lunch order on the same day the order was made. I believe Tessa was the Catering Manager that I spoke with who handled this order. She was very professional, patient and accommodating in taking care of us in a three hour span of time and she personally delivered the order. So again thank you McAlister and Tessa. The food was fresh, delicious and filling. I definitely made sure to give them a generous tip!!

Unfortunately it took over 45 minutes to get 2 sandwiches thru the drive through. By far the worst service we've ever had and have no desire to return.

Today was slow service to get the food. The food portion was very small compared to a year ago (chicken Caesar wrap).
Used the drive-thru for lunch. It was during lunch rush, but the food came to the car within 5 minutes. Everything tasted great, especially my Angus Club. The only miss was an unsweetened tea not being delivered with the order. I did have to go inside, but the person at the carryout register quickly and happily made it right. Thanks!

I thought it would be similar or better quality to Panera. Not even close. It's like they take something that looks like the picture on their menu and then let it sit for a couple of days in a closet. Then they wrap it up and then kick it across the kitchen to the person that bags it up.
Very good but expensive for what you get.
