There's no reason why I should have to wait for 5+ minutes for a simple soda when the car at the windows can be rolled to the second pickup window! That's what the second one is there for; to keep the line moving! Inefficient!

arrived at 850 in the morning ordered a small frappe and a sausage biscuit after 20 minutes they say the frappe machine is down. waited 10 more minutes for a refund

My husband and I went through the drive thru. We waited a few minutes for someone to greet us but never happened. Then when we said “hello” twice they said they’re be with us as soon as possible. We drove passed the windows and no one was in the first window (no one was in line at all), and at the second window, someone was just sitting there waiting. The lights were not on outside so it looked closed too. Another person in the second lane also drove away. Very disappointed.

ordered my food 30 minutes prior to getting to McDonald’s just to wait another 20 minutes for my food while everybody else in the drive-through went and got their food ahead of me. what’s the whole point of the app if you’re not gonna have the food ready? And why did everybody else in the drive-through get their food before mine?

I went to pick up some burgers I had ordered through the app to have lunch with my sister, but when I got to the restaurant they told me my order didn’t go through because “the computer rejects orders that aren’t for breakfast.” It’s ridiculous that the app allows you to place orders the restaurant can’t actually fulfill.

When I pointed out the problem, the staff were completely incompetent and didn’t offer any solution — they just said there was nothing they could do.

To make things worse, a foreign customer next to me received an apology, and they even told him he could order anything from the menu for free. That’s completely unfair and discriminatory toward other customers.

Very poor service and zero professionalism. I won’t be coming back.

Hands down the worst experience time and time again. The owners need to do better - you choose who you staff and what you pay and how the business is run. Can’t even make a coffee in under 10 minutes. I won’t even get started on anything more complicated that we have asked for …like a burger and fries. McDonald’s headquarters even advertising for getting a dad thru a drive thru with a sleeping baby- they would be ashamed of this location.
