Bought gift ten 10 dollar gift cards for a friend to hand out to homeless. The manager rung up the cards and made sure they were all ready to spend. She was very helpful and friendly. Very impressed with her attitude and efficiency.

Very slow McDonalds. The employees couldn’t stop arguing each other. Very poorly mismanaged. I ordered two French Vanilla Iced Coffees and they both tasted and look completely different. Terrible service. Some of these employees should be fired!

see i been real nice but If i kindly and very respectfully ask to have fresh food and yall re drop the same old food again that makes soggy fries dripping w grease pls expect a crash out. the last 2 times yall did it i j accepted it but it’s rude and tastes horrific not to mention i paid for it to taste this bad? this just happened at 6pm 9/24 and it’s the same ppl that do it.

This is consistently the worst McDonalds I’ve ever eaten at! The nuggets are always tough as shoe leather, the burger buns are stale and the patties are cooked to death. You rarely get good fries either. The dining room is always messy, and the employees are either on their phones or just standing around. I don’t get it. Who runs this place? We had to rip our hamburger buns apart instead of chewing them tonight. I swear the only thing good about this McDs is the beverage machine! I see the owner responds to people, but what’s the point? We’re telling you what’s wrong. Fix your business! Everyone needs re trained, or fired. You have to be losing a lot of money due to lack of management. Today there was no one in the lobby and 3 cars in drive. We still got TERRIBLE food! Make it make sense!
The drive thru was horrible. All the people who work there have attitudes.
Going inside there’s a waitlist basically everyone needing their drinks because the workers forgot them.
They didn’t get my order right, they gave it to someone else. Ended up getting half my order wrong AND cold. Forgot sauces and straws.
I understand working minimum wage and getting slammed in fast food. But there is no right for it to be the same exact place every. Single. Time.
Either find better people for management and drive thru orders or shut this location down.

Unbelievably slow. Like insanely slow. I’ve gone through to get lunch at the drive through and had it take so long that I had to just leave without some of what I ordered because my entire lunch break was taken up by driving there and waiting in a curbside spot for 20 minutes for a cup of coffee that never came.
On the bright side, I used to constantly have things missing from my order but they’re gotten a lot better about it lately.
