O4der taker was incredibly slow and unable to multi-task. She didn't even acknowledge our presence until we asked where we should order. Once we got our food, it was very good.

Food was good as usual. Sign said no ice on the machine, which was fine. But literally every single drink I tried was either out of syrup or no carbonation. I let the girl behind the counter know and she seemed annoyed. I ended up having to buy a bottle of soda on top of the large drink I had already paid for because no one could be bothered to deal with the soda fountain. I told her that it was all the drinks and not just the one I initially tried and she just rolled her eyes and ignored me completely.

Mistakes happen, things malfunction. If that happens and you cause an online order an additional delay of 15 minutes when someone comes to pick up. You should offer something small for the mistake. A drink at least.

Kind of a confusing atmosphere not told or explained how to order the guy doing pizza orders did not seem happy to be at wrk and we had never been to the whole thing seemed kinda off.

I was the only customer when I ordered. The employee never put my order in the oven and began helping new customers who came in. Second employee worked on other online (I assume) orders. He also did not ever put my pizza in the oven. I waited ten minutes and left, as they also did not bother to ring me up after I placed my order. No one was working the oven. Do better, it does no good to make pizzas if you forget the cooking part.
