I absolutely LOVE the ribeye here! It's so well flavored and cooked and is a stellar cut of meat. It is well worth the price. The sides are all delicious, even the fries. The soup...wonderful. My son had the Khao Soi which was a very pleasant surprise. My mother enjoyed the Falafel and we also had a cheeseburger. My family shares what we order so I got to sample quite a few dishes and they were all delicious. The service is top notch as well. I only wish they would bring back the apple pie cheesecake they had last year. It was absolutely amazing. Great job with this restaurant!

This was our first time here and it won't be the last! By far the best prime rib I've ever had! My wife said the same thing about her steak! Service was excellent and the staff was superb! The building and common grounds were exceptionally clean and inviting. I HIGHLY recommended this place! You will not be disappointed! Thank you for a great evening!

First visit, celebrating our anniversary with 3 other couples. I had a steak salad, and the Missus had a burger. The drink menu was great, and the setting was very nice. They literally are farm to table, with an expansive garden right on the property, and they were tending to it as we left. Not sure we would return though. While we enjoyed it, and the service truly was exceptional, including one of the owners stopping by our table to thank us (which I REALLY appreciated) I couldn't shake the thought that the prices on the menu punch above their weight class vs. the actual offerings, meaning that it is my personal opinion the prices on the menu were too high. You could readily exceed $100 per person if you ordered a steak and added some options to it. Again, nice place and phenomenal service, just got the feeling it aspires to more than it's reality meets.

Moussalli’s Prime in Edwardsville is an absolute gem—easily one of my favorite spots for an elevated dining experience.
Every bite of food and every sip of our cocktails was next-level amazing. The bar team even created a custom cocktail just for me, and it was perfection. Highly recommend starting with the crab-stuffed mushrooms (a must!), but we also loved the bacon-wrapped shrimp, oysters, and prime rib. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The vibe is upscale without being stuffy, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely top-tier. The staff went out of their way to make the night feel extra special.
