Moussalli’s Prime in Edwardsville is an absolute gem—easily one of my favorite spots for an elevated dining experience.
Every bite of food and every sip of our cocktails was next-level amazing. The bar team even created a custom cocktail just for me, and it was perfection. Highly recommend starting with the crab-stuffed mushrooms (a must!), but we also loved the bacon-wrapped shrimp, oysters, and prime rib. Everything was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully presented.
The vibe is upscale without being stuffy, and the service was warm, attentive, and genuinely top-tier. The staff went out of their way to make the night feel extra special.

My family and I had an amazing experience at Moussalli’s on Saturday. The waitress, Amy, was very attentive and gave 5 star service. But the food was also top notch. I got the filet medallions while my husband got the prime rib special. The mushroom, shrimp & crab cream sauce was to die for. I was super impressed with the amount of options available on the menu. I feel that I could go back 5 more times and get a different meal each time and be perfectly satisfied. Also, highly recommend the peppery feta salad. Our group also had the crab stuffed mushrooms and the charcuterie board for apps. They were good, but nothing to phone home about. Instead, I would recommend the white truffle mac & cheese and the garlic parmesan fries. Super excited to come back & try more options! Food and service was 100% worth the value and price paid.

I had the Thai beef salad. The mix of flavors was delightful, the beef excellent, and the portion size ust right. We sat in the back room that is enclosed in glass. Feels like you're sitting out in the woods which perfect for me. The staff as a certain demeter that lets you know they care and want to serve. I will go back as soon as possible.

One of the owners immediately welcomed us, sharing that his twin brother would be cooking for the evening. This personal touch made us feel like VIPs and set a warm, inviting tone for the night.
As appetizer enthusiasts, we went all out with a half-dozen oysters Rockefeller, chicken spiedini, pork belly, and fried pickles. Each dish was a home run—bursting with flavor and executed to perfection. They weren’t just appetizers; they were a culinary adventure that had us excited for what was to come.
For the main course, we ordered a variety of steaks: ribeyes, filet mignon, and filet medallions. Every cut was cooked to absolute perfection—fork-tender, flavorful, and melt-in-your-mouth good. The accompanying salads and French onion soup were equally delightful, showing the same meticulous attention to detail.
We capped off the evening with three incredible desserts: butter pecan cheesecake, s’mores gooey butter cake, and Dutch apple baby. Each was a masterpiece in its own right, with layers of flavor that ended our meal on the sweetest possible note.

Recently visited this place for our 35th anniversary. We were seated a few minutes prior to our reservation. When we arrived we saw a gentleman from the kitchen out harvesting fresh from the garden(very impressed). It was a bit pricey but was worth every cent- food was excellent, service was great and dining atmosphere was good. No complaints, a night to remember! Food is organic!
Parking: The place wasn’t hard to find and plenty of parking was available.

Expensive but this is, by far, the best steak in Edwardsville. Outstanding service, exceptional side dishes. They oysters are middling but nobody goes there specifically for oysters anyway. Excellent, excellent meat. Great quality and perfectly cooked. We went with our 8-year-old, and everybody was very welcoming. It's now on my list of kid-friendly places, which is unusual for a high-end steakhouse.
