Update March 28 2024: Northside Dairy is Open:In honor of my mother's & fathers favorite place in Edwardsville since we've been going there for years, I stopped by on her Heavenly Birthday. She loved their Pizza Burger, and Dad loved their sliders.I ordered a pizza burger with fries along with a small chocolate shake. Then, for Skippy a plain hamburger and a Pup Cup with ice cream. I couldn't even get parked before Skippy had to have his Pup Cup. Mind you, I live in St. Louis, then drove to Jefferson Barracks, visited my mother's & father's grave, and put her bird of paradise on her grave.Then, I headed to Edwardsville for her, and my favorite Pizza Burgers even ordered 3 to take home. Northside is the only place I know of that has Pizza Burgers, and they are so flavorful and delicious. If you've never had one, you don't know what you're missing out on literally.Best ice cream choices, best shakes, best burgers & and fries, you just can't get any better than Colin's little gem in Edwardsville.Big Shout out to Colin & Staff for always being so happy. I waited in line for almost 45 min got there at 730 pm, but by the time i got to, the window grill was closed. Now i could have done a walk-up window, but i have a knee infection, and walking is very hard. I told the employee i was here before 8 but in line. Her comment was, " So grill is closed now." I guess i won't be back until knee is healed.

I tried this place for the 1st time today. I’ve always been leery about traveling north for ice cream. I like to stick to east/west travel so I don’t get lost. But, I’m sure glad I overcame my fears & stopped in. I ordered the Heath concrete. When I 1st tasted this cup of heaven, I swear I heard angels sing. It was the perfect ratio of delicious toffee candy to vanilla ice cream. The young lady taking my order also said “Go Cardinals & Blues” to me because some yahoo from the back came up wearing a cubs (not capitalized on purpose) hat. This simple act of kindness made my concrete taste 15-20% better instantly. In all seriousness, it was awesome, fast & friendly service & affordable. I’ll consider coming back again sometime.

LOVE the orange sherbet vanilla twist, my only complaint is that I moved away and there isn't one down here for me to go to anymore. All of the workers are fantastic, I came through the drive thru once and had forgotten to shut my hood all the way - the owner came out to let me know.
Stopped in here and I must say Great service Great price And best of all yummy ice cream. The setting was outdoor seating but on a beautiful day there's nothing better Be safe all And for the record this is a delayed Post as I was here earlier in the late summer while visiting family Be SAFE All

The burgers are juicy and delicious and you have to get the orange & vanilla twist cone. It's so good! The lines are long but go quickly & definitely worth the wait. There are so many families with pets there sitting outside enjoying their desserts.
