First and only time I will ever come to this restaurant. Had a bad experience where I had to have food remade (it came smothered - not just topped - in sour cream). Well, then the waitress came and said the most they could offer is 50% off and I was shocked because I wasnt asking for any discount so I told her no need to discount I just cant eat it drowning in sour cream (a dollup in top would have been perfectly fine). The waitress then brings out a box with the already returned enchiladas that had sat in the kitchen for now 20+ minutes. Lo and behold, we eat and get our bills and they charged for TWO meals for the one that had been smothered in sour cream and remade. I was never explained that they were going to charge me for two meals. I talked to the manager and she said that it is the owner's policy to charge for two meals when something needs to be remade and that is what solidified that I will never return to this place. Keep in mind I had also asked how spicy this dish was before ordering it and was told it was the mildest of all their sauces, yet I was sniffling by the end of my meal from how spicy it was. But again, gonna get charged twice for it! They did eventually take off the second meal after my friend also talked to the manager but this whole policy of the owner's is predatory. I understand restaurants are hard but your prices are very high already that it well and above covers food costs including waste that happens. This should be a part of your budget, not asking your patrons to pay twice for a meal received once. The shining light of the day was how well the drinks were made!

An absolutely amazing restaurant with delicious food no matter the day, festive atmosphere with respectful and welcoming staff and mesmerizing wall artwork! Have been here plenty of times throughout the year and every time I want to try something new I am never disappointed!!! Also lovee their virgin Piña colada mocktail!

Went in tonight, courtney was our waiterss. She was amazing! she told us about all the new great menu items and was fully on top of it!! All of the food was exceptional and so were the margaritas. Definitely will be back. Food and wait staff was perfect!

Went to this restaurant with my fiance and her family. The service at this restaurant was outstanding! Food was amazing and so were the drinks. Hospitality is top notch, you can tell the restaurant is very well managed! Excellent customer service must be their top priority! I would recommend Oaxaca to anyone if they want to have a professional enjoyable Restaurant experience!

Great patio!! Love the different margarita options they have. The food comes out quick and is so good. The staff here is so great! Taylor is the best and takes care of us everytime. Highly recommend.

Great experience overall and delicious margaritas to go along with it. I settled for the margarita of the month called the “golden harvest”. For dinner my wife and I shared the Oaxaca special which was a combination of chicken, steak, and shrimp with all sorts of vegetables. Will be back!

The salsa was good. The rest of the meal was bland. If you like no spice Mexican food this the place for you. Cool artwork on walls gives a modern cool kid vibe. Our server was very polite and did her job well.
