Oh how the mighty have fallen. My last review was 14 years ago and I wish it was the same food quality and service. Sadly, it is not. We went around 8:30 AM. Bagel flavor selection seemed slim; turns out they dropped 3 popular flavors (sesame was mine). Two small coffees please - NOPE - "we don't have small coffees anymore". So we ordered 2 mediums and 2 bagels and cream cheese. Bagels were incredibly dry - when were they made, yesterday? 2 Coffee carafes were empty and they brought out "new" ones - Luke warm. Honestly, I don't think they could try any harder to dissuade me from ever coming back for breakfast again. We could sure use fresh bagels in Edwardsville... sigh.

My coffee this morning. Gross. This location has lots of issues. Once my remaining gift cards are used up, I'm done.

Been to this location twice within the last month and noted loose trash on tables and unclean areas. Seems every visit something is up - from either a broken ice machine, empty drink stations, or long wait times.

I keep coming back to see if this place has gotten any better. Yikes! food and trash all over the place. There wasn't one clean table. I used hand sanitizer and a napkin to clean ours. Dirty lobby= dirty kitchen.

I placed an order through the app and was told that it would be ready at 1:41. I arrived at Panera shortly before that and waited in a parking spot until I received a text that said my order was ready. After being there for about 10 minutes I get a text saying that the order is taking longer than normal. After about 15 minutes I go ahead and get in the drive-through line as I had scheduled a drive-through pick up. Then I sat at the speaker box for over 15 minutes waiting for them just to ask me what I needed. Absolutely ridiculous wait time for food I had already paid for otherwise I definitely would’ve left and gotten something somewhere else. Then when I received my drinks through the window, the girl gave them to me and a drink carrier even though there were only two. What’s worse she didn’t even have the cups down in the carrier all the way so when she passed them to me, the cup tipped over and spilt it in my lap. The Edwardsville location is by far the worst Panera in the St. Louis metro area.as I have been to the Panera location on Lindberg in Florissant and they give me great service every time!

I waited a half hour for food that is way overpriced. Hardly any meat/veggies, the sandwiches were just bread. What was I thinking? I'll never be back.

Decided to retry Panera after a couple years. Prices on menu were outdated and a full sandwich and soup costed me $19. Are you serious? Straight up robbery, and it’s disgusting how greedy the ceos of this company are. I’m never eating at any panera bread again, and i don’t understand why people will waste their money on this regularly. The quality and flavor of the food was mediocre at best. Overpriced garbage.
