Have been to the Pasta House Co. many times and the food is always good. On this visit the food was good, however it lacked flavor. I ordered the Pasta Con Broccoli and it was flavorless. The sauce was flat and no matter how much Parmesan cheese i added it was still lacking in the flavor department. The service was good and so where the bread rolls they serve you before your meal is delivered. The restaurant was in good clean shape. The tables were set and cleaned. Will definitely...

The food was good as usual, but on busy days, this restaurant seems to be a bit under staffed. It took at least twenty minutes after finishing our salads before receiving our main dish. But the staff works hard, and the restaurant always appears clean. We eat here often. I recommend the Edwardsville Pasta House.

The "not up to pare service" is from the kitchen. I ordered the ALL you can eat Pasta (and they have seven choices), available only on Monday... I asked for a smaller amount (for the first serving); so that I could try at least two of the other choices.
And I asked for the sauce on the side... I received neither! FULL first serving, COVERED in sauce.
For the second choice I asked for a SMALL serving... NOT!!!! The waitress said she was sorry, BUT...
