Tried to order tonight for delivery as I am sick. At 10pm this place was listed as closed even though the app and google said they were open to 12am. Kind of sad they would lose money like this. I have done pick up orders from here where 10 plus employees are behind the counter at 8pm but now not open at 10pm??? Please fix your hours or at least ahead to what you say you are open until.

Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery. 2 hours later, received an update that our order was cancelled. Finally got connected to the store and they were waiting for another delivery driver. We cancelled the order. 15 minutes later the pizza shows up??? So sad that you can’t even place an easy delivery order. Will not be ordering from this store again.

They were slammed and it took 45 mins to pick up a dasher order. Poor cashier was ready to pull his hair out. I half wanted to offer to work with them for the evening to get things squared away.

The delivery man was perfect. Excellent customer service. I got the NEW One with pesto and fancy crust. The crust was soggy. Like, droopy and stuck to the box. It was not done yet. Pretty expensive for what ya get.

I'd love to know where the buffalo is on the this buffalo chicken melt.... Totally not worth the 30+ min roundtrip.

The food is good, but I keep trying to call this location and they keep transferring me and get hung up on. I've called SIX times and the first two times, I got an answer then was ignored the next four times.
The guy working the drive thru window tonight (8/8) was very friendly and helpful! Pizza was hot and fresh too

I don’t usually order Pizza Hut because I don’t get cheese, so the veggies are usually dry and gross. The pizza I got here .. everything was fresh and delicious. And so many places accidentally put cheese on my food. There was no trace of cheese on this personal pizza. Thank you!

I stopped eating pizza hut for a long time but since moving to Glen Carbon a couple years ago I finally decided to give this pizza hut a try. We first ordered months ago and have a few time since including today. An my food is always fresh hot and delicious! One of the best pizza huts in the metro area.

Horrible wait time in the lobby, when I complained the person at the counter said it wasn’t a big deal I was standing at the counter for 12 minutes before anyone talked to me about my order I placed online(which was already done when I arrived), so although there were at least 6 different people that walked past me no one could have the courtesy to talk to me or try to make things right other than a poor excuse of an apology, would not recommend, take your money to dominos instead
