My order arrived fast, hot, and the wings were actually well-sauced, which I really appreciate, because Iāve had issues at other locations where they skimp on sauce. Flavor was great, and overall the food was solid.
That said, not including ranch with the wings ā or even a heads-up that it doesnāt come with them anymore ā was really disappointing. Ranch is a staple with wings, especially with a flavor as spicy as Buffalo Burninā Hot. It honestly took a lot away from the experience.
Great execution otherwise, but no ranch felt like a major miss.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot the sauce, double checked the receipt to make sure I didn't make an error ordering. The receipt showed what I intended to order. So I filled out the survey they email you and put it on there. Then someone reached out and credited my account which I thought was awesome customer service from management. So a few weeks later I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I picked it up, it was not stuffed crust and they once again forgot the sauce. The workers are nice enough, but just can't seem to get any orders correct.
