My order arrived fast, hot, and the wings were actually well-sauced, which I really appreciate, because I’ve had issues at other locations where they skimp on sauce. Flavor was great, and overall the food was solid.
That said, not including ranch with the wings — or even a heads-up that it doesn’t come with them anymore — was really disappointing. Ranch is a staple with wings, especially with a flavor as spicy as Buffalo Burnin’ Hot. It honestly took a lot away from the experience.
Great execution otherwise, but no ranch felt like a major miss.

Ordered a pizza and they forgot the sauce, double checked the receipt to make sure I didn't make an error ordering. The receipt showed what I intended to order. So I filled out the survey they email you and put it on there. Then someone reached out and credited my account which I thought was awesome customer service from management. So a few weeks later I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and when I picked it up, it was not stuffed crust and they once again forgot the sauce. The workers are nice enough, but just can't seem to get any orders correct.

Tried to order tonight for delivery as I am sick. At 10pm this place was listed as closed even though the app and google said they were open to 12am. Kind of sad they would lose money like this. I have done pick up orders from here where 10 plus employees are behind the counter at 8pm but now not open at 10pm??? Please fix your hours or at least ahead to what you say you are open until.
Ordered 2 medium pizzas for delivery. 2 hours later, received an update that our order was cancelled. Finally got connected to the store and they were waiting for another delivery driver. We cancelled the order. 15 minutes later the pizza shows up??? So sad that you can’t even place an easy delivery order. Will not be ordering from this store again.

They were slammed and it took 45 mins to pick up a dasher order. Poor cashier was ready to pull his hair out. I half wanted to offer to work with them for the evening to get things squared away.

The delivery man was perfect. Excellent customer service. I got the NEW One with pesto and fancy crust. The crust was soggy. Like, droopy and stuck to the box. It was not done yet. Pretty expensive for what ya get.
