I had a really disappointing experience at this Qdoba. The employee serving our food was extremely rude and openly hostile. She had AirPods in while working, which already made communication difficult, and when I asked for dressing on my bowl, she grabbed an empty container. Nothing came out, and instead of acknowledging that, she asked if I “still wanted more than that.” I explained that nothing had been put on my bowl, and she responded with attitude, saying she’d “have to go refill it” and that it would “take a minute.”
Then, in front of customers, she chucked the empty dressing bottle aside and stomped off to refill it. When she came back, she again questioned whether I still wanted the dressing, and her tone the entire time was rude and unprofessional. Additionally, she was carelessly flinging the ingredients everywhere and cross contaminating excessively to the point where corn was in sauces, veggies in salsas, etc.
I’ve always liked Qdoba, but this interaction was genuinely uncomfortable. Staff should at least be polite and attentive, not hostile toward customers for simply making their orders.

Let me start off by letting you know that Chipotle is within walking distance. A lot more crowded, faster, and cleaner.

This Qdobas is slow and dirty. I didn’t wait to see what else was wrong. The wait with 2 people in line was enough of a bad sign. Maybe if I had days to wait for 6 tacos, but I only had an hour so I went down the street for better service, cleanliness, and well just to be acknowledged… Qdobas workers just disappeared and left me with no explanation. So, I did the same.

One girl in particular should not be upfront working with people. Her attitude and rude demeanor/looks were very unsettling. So much that other customers were talking about it.

Had to throw food away it was gross and wrong order. I took picture off line on their menu. My signing other showed them and it said everything I wanted on. So I wanted that just had an out patient approval. He showed the guy and said she want this....had everything listen. He was told no he could not do it that....wow seriously u can look at a screen shot and just order what he said.

I went to the Edwardsville Qdoba with 2 of my friends, including one who has never been to Qdoba. We arrived near closing time and had an excellent experience. The restaurant was clean, as well as the restrooms. The two young ladies working were friendly and helpful and provided phenomenal service. This was one of the very best carry out experiences ever!

We walk in, no line the lady working says she will be with us in a minute. Okay, that's fine, when she takes our order she continuously slops the food into our bowl. They were out of a bunch of toppings not to mention the toppings were all over their workspace and in mixed into containers they didn't belong in. When we went to get soda the spot where you dump excess ice was over flowing with water that was all over the floor 🤢. Overall they didn't take care of ANYTHING. one star.

This location is normally great, however the food was inedible this time. The chicken in my Quesadilla had such a charbroiled/old grease taste I couldn’t continue eating it after the first bite. $12 wasted
