Was looking so forward to a nice lunch. Ordered then waited 40 mins for our food which was just chicken strips and fries, and a vege burger and fries. Tables around us done eating that came in after us. Asked our waitress about our food which she blamed the delay on the kitchen. Once we received our food the vege burger was a grilled chicken sandwich and the fries were undercooked. We ended up leaving without lunch. So disappointing! Will not be visiting again!
Our family just had an amazing restaurant experience at Red Robin in Edwardsville!
Our son has Down syndrome and being in public places causes him a lot of anxiety. We haven’t been to a restaurant as a family in many years because the stress for him and everyone around him was just too much.

Ordered here multiple times. Usually takes 40+ minutes for my food to be done. Then when I finally receive my food, it’s always cold or soggy.
