Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

I love Red Robin but this location continues to let me down. I ordered a burger and Yukon chips last evening. The chips were so hard they hurt my teeth. I asked for fresh chips but the manager informed me that this is how they are now but I could have some fries. Fine but crazy that they would change to stale, hard chips. The burger also taste a bit sour and my stomach is squeamish today. Best to avoid this location.

Did not have a very good waitress but I talked to the manager there and he got us some different waitress and then we had a superb time the manager at this place is awesome

Half an Hour wait !! 6 servers half the resturant empty ! Make it make sense .... won't be returning

First time visiting was outstanding. I will return many times to try everything on the menu ?? Staff was very friendly, environment was clean, music was modern, and the whole experience is worth any wait time. The chairs in the waiting area are nice, and there is an important story to read on the wall near the seats.

A huge shout out to Red Robin for offering free dinners to Veterans on Veterans Day! We had a wonderful dinner, and my guy felt appreciated and honored. Excellent food!

Food and service were top notch. Waitress had us a bit annoyed at first as she was also prepping the bar area, but she made sure to keep checking on us and keep fry refills coming. Ordering fries well done took a few rounds for the kitchen to get right but they got it right in the end!

The girls up front was awesome!!!! The service was terrible. Rude rolled his eyes at us when we accidentally spilled a drink. Never did bring us refills on any drinks !!!!!!!! Never will go back my god accidents happen .

Love love love Sydney she’s the sweetest and I will always request her at this location thank you for a wonderful experience definitely will be back!

The food was as good as it's been before at RR. No complaints there.

I dont know if most of the staff was new or what... The 4 young women standing at the hostess podium were complaining about the 3-4 cooks' attitude (concerning!) and not sitting the people waiting. There seemed to be more than plenty of wait staff, but our waitress and one other we saw buzzing around looked to be overworked. Took a while to get our drinks and food. Hopefully, our next biannual visit will go better than our recent.

I'm going to be completely honest, this restaurant itself is 5 star. But I need to grab someone's attention so it's getting 1 star for now. I have a HUGE problem with the fact that when I went to order online for pickup, my total was $71.17. Didn't realize I couldn't do pay when picked up online so I called the store and ordered. Total was $60 and some change. How the hell is it ok to charge someone $11 more when the customer did all the work themselves (no waitress required online) and are using their own vehicle and gas to come pick it up from your restaurant? I get charged more for not sitting in your restaurant and creating a mess that your servers have to clean, nor was I creating dirty dishes for your staff to clean. This doesn't make sense to me.

Wayy overpriced food & 1/2 done fries. I’ll never go back here again. Plus our drinks were empty for a long time. Place wasnt even busy.

This was my first time at a red robin and I can now understand why a friend visits regularly. The blue cheese burger was delicious. My wife had the impossible burger and it was not bad. Interesting texture. My waitress made my desert pear margarita and it was out of this world.

I got onion rings and pretzels.
The onion rings are the best!!!
The pretzels were overcooked and a little dry.
The cheese did not have a cover on it and was hard and dry on top.
