Wish they served pepsi products, especially cherry pepsi. But I enjoyed the crispy chicken sandwich and steak fries. I wonder if they have a grilled chicken option. I didn't ask.

Great food, a little difficult getting hostess to understand seating request due to a member of our party being unable to sit in booth because of injury. But our server was great and food was served quickly, correctly and was delicious. We also had a take out order that was ready when we finished our dinner.

Ordered the Chicken Strips and Fries. Paid $15 for 4 pieces that looked like a Kids Chicken Nugget. The Manager wasn't trained at all. But the server was good, and she understood exactly where I was coming from.

Rude blonde at front doing order pick ups. And very underwhelming servers when we made the mistake of dining in.

I don't know what it is any this one. We've visited several times and they don't seem to understand what 'crispy' is. Apparently, when you say you want 'crispy fries', they hear 'floppy and sad'.Burgers are par for the course, and the mozzarella twists are okay when they're not undercooked. The fries are the primary reason we've enjoyed other Red Robins and without them, what's the point?

The food is just not worth the price. Good food for great food prices. Not a fan. I feel the burgers are a solid 8$ burger. Not 12.

My wife and I ate here recently. She has a food allergy and we brought it to the server's attention. The waitress assured her that they could accommodate this. Our food was very good and she had no issues. She had the Blue Titos specialty drink and I had a draft beer. Both were good. The service and food were both very good. We will come back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten allergies

We've been going here since it opened & never had bad experience. But that changed yesterday. We were told it will be a 15/20 minute wait. No worries we'll sit at the bar until a table is ready. While sitting at the bar we noticed 6 empty and dirty tables. After 15 minutes at the bar, still nobody bussed those tables. Then they finally cleaned 1 table & seated us. The booth was wet. We dried the seats ourselves. We sat there for a additional 10 minutes with zero service. At that time we was done with the place. Walked to the bar to pay for our drinks. Had to wait on that because they couldn't break a $20. They went to the back to get change. I understand short staffing issues. This wasn't a short staffing problem, it was misdirected employees & no protocol. I also seen plenty of employees just standing around & checking their phones also. The bartender was very polite. Unfortunately we'll probably never go back.

Excellent service, but food was a disappointment! The corporate changes to the burger (beef used for hamburgers), along with cooking method by using flat grill instead of open flame cooking, produces a 1960’s grease filled burger, that while tasty, is just way too much grease. The only choice of bun is this horrible brioche bun that further takes away from the quality of burger that we have come to expect from Red Robin. By the time you receive your burger you will find the lower bun soggy with grease to the point that it’s gross to hold and it drips grease as much as this new “juicier burger” does. The menu now lacks in appetizer choices! You can choose between wings, other wings, and yet other wings. Oh they do have fried pickles and onion rings. The atmosphere itself is fine, except the heat was controlled off site. The dining areas of the restaurant were easily 90 degrees. I witnessed a family come in , get seated, change seats because they were being blasted by heat, and finally get up and walk out because it was unbearable. My family changed seats twice before finding a spot that was a bit more bearable.Overall, it wasn’t that our restaurant in Edwardsville, Illinois gave poor service or poor quality. Service was above many other restaurants! The food was what corporate has allowed. Corporate changes in what they perceive as better, (probably more profitable in thought), will have this chain as a mere memory in less than a decade. Red Robin used to be our first choice in burger restaurants. I’m not certain if we will even go back. If the complete grease burger is what you crave, Red Robin might be your choice. But in today’s world of try to eat healthier, burger restaurants aren’t up on the list of choice eateries. Being a midwesterner with a fondness for a good burger, its sad to say that Red Robin no longer fits the bill.

Service is friendly and positive.A special Thank you to Anna for excellent service.Wheelchair accessibility: Host/ host/ hostess watching for those who need help entering the building. A wheelchair height table is available but might not be a good fit for very tall power chairs.Restroom has accessible stall but not easy to position chair for transfer
