My mother and I ordered the avacado salmon salads. The waitress was very nice. The cook or the owner or manager, whatever he was, did not inform her he was out of avocados. Instead he made the salads and sent them out without avocados. We asked the waitress if there were any avocados, she went and asked and came back and said no, he just informed her there weren't any, but that she would have it deducted off our bill. We got the bill, there were no deductions. I asked her, she said the salmon salad is the same price as the avocado salad. I pointed out had we known there weren't any avocados we would've ordered the regular salmon salad which came with other ingredients that our salad did not have. She went to the cook/manager/owner and explained our complaint/dissatisfaction. He got very loud and with and angry tone stated, "i'll only take $1 off! They are paying for the salmon! Not the other!" The waitress then had to wait for him to fix the ticket in order to check us out. He was very unprofessional. He should've told her in the first place there were no avocados and he didn't. Instead, he made the salad anyway without giving us any options Without informing us there were no avocados and giving us an option of changing our order. The waitress/hostess was very nice and did not deserve to be talked to the way she was by him. The salmon salad was very good but because of his attitude and actions, we will never go back.

Moved here from AZ. Been sampling all breakfast places. We both choose Sgt. Peppers Cafe! The cook is the whole package..

The food portion for the cost is a joke. The ponyshoe was a piece of white bread, in a soggy soup of cheese, with steak-um meat sprinkled on top. It was disgustingly over salted with barely any onion or peppers. When the waitress asked how it was, we told her how bad the ponyshoe was. Her response was “I’ll tell him he maybe needs to up the steak for next time.” She didn’t offer to take it back, offer something else, nothing. Also, the waitress should be able to inform the customer that their side of frozen fruit will cost the same price as their meal. I wish they could’ve handled it professionally and had a reasonable discussion rather than giving an automated response “sorry there’s nothing I can do about the check.” And walk off frustrated. I’ll never return here after this experience.

Good place for breakfast. Had 2eggs, sausage, hash browns and English muffin. Food was good, hash browns were crispy the way I asked for them. Coffee was good, had regular creamer, need to add French Vanilla. Service was excellent, waitress was attentive to our table and friendly. Several of us breakfast out every Wednesday and we will be adding Sargent Peppers as a regular stop.
We get our breakfast quick and fast before school visits.

I think this place is really fantastic. The music is Beatles based and they also play all kinds of old songs that are literally music to my ears. Oh, the food is pretty good and if you cannot decide on a dish, then the staff will give recommendations when requested. I have been checking this place out and some of the staff have taken notice. I appreciate the warm and welcoming reception that I have received. I think this place is great and I totally recommend it to anyone looking for a neat place to check out or anyone who likes the Beatles. Now, if I could just remember to take pictures of food BEFORE I dig in. Whoops ??
