Me and my sister were really craving smoothie king, and we are from out of town and it was our first time at edwardsville smoothie king. All in all it was incredible, the girls working were so nice and friendly. The store was the cleanest store I have been in and even though they were busy, we didn’t wait long at all for our smoothies.

FOOD POISONING!!
My s.o. contracted an extreme case of food poisoning from this location's acai cocoa haze bowl, because your employees are lazy and do not practice safe food handling procedure. He was so terribly sick that we almost decided to go to the ER. He missed an entire day of overtime because of your employees negligence. We spent $20 that day only to receive two sleepless nights and a lesser paycheck coming up.
You think somewhere where you spend $20 on two items would take precautions and follow proper food handling protocol. Nope.
Ridiculous. Never returning here!!!
And I suggest no one else patronizes this location either!!

Pretty sure these people need to take another food safety course. The girl at the window still had WET gloves on and still took my card and gave it back with God knows what on it. I had to wipe it off. Knowing that other people’s germs are probably in my smoothie makes my stomach churn. There was also nothing but attitude from her. I get it, we all have our days but who am I to know if this was the first time or an ongoing issue. Do better.

Added too much water or ice, if it's too thick or too thin possibly add a bit more of all the ingredients or blend it more? The smoothie tastes watered down otherwise. (I work at a smoothie king)
Omg I ordered on DoorDash and whoever made this smoothie put there entire heart and soul into it. I hope whoever made this has the best life ever. I ordered the strawberry pineapple metabolism booster
