Unless you like your food room temperature, don't waste your time here at the Edwardsville IL location. I am so tired of spending my hard earned money for cold food. I'm just going to call it what it is, lazy cook in the kitchen!! The sandwich and tots were that way.

Food and drinks are on par with other Sonics. The main issue with this location is the amount of kiosks that are out of commission. Hopefully the owner of this location is working on expedited fix for this.

The Butter Brew was great, but the Red Velvet Cake shake was not good. The cake parts were very bitter, like coffee grounds, and we had to throw it away.

Have came here a couple handfuls of times and have only had 1 bad experience. Food is always great and hot, the prices are very fair when compared to anywhere else around here, and the staff is very friendly and informative.

When a delivery driver tells the person answering drive thru that they have a doordash, the polite thing to do is ask the driver for the name of the order just like every other order taker does at any other restaurant.
The meals are overpriced for the quality provided. We tried four different meals, all of which were excessively salty and of disappointing quality. The popcorn chicken, for example, was mostly just fried crumbs—out of a nine-piece, only two had any real substance. While fast food is typically considered "affordable," this food was not only subpar but also overpriced. I would not recommend this Sonic.
