Starbucks

I do not go to Starbucks very often maybe once a month. When I order a large coffee, please do not try to teach me your coffee language just sell me a large coffee that’s all I want. When I have to repeat myself three times and then she repeats herself again like she’s trying to teach me something. I don’t wanna learn from you. I just want a large coffee.

I always use the drive though and it usually moves at a faster than normal Starbucks pace unless some J.O in front of you orders some complicated bs drink. Staff is friendly but not a fan of how the drive through is designed. Idiots coming from one entrance try to cut someone who is using the drive threw off because of a design that tells people waiting in line to pretty much sit around a corner. Best advice is to ignore the lines/signs and stay bumper to bumper.

the person taking my order looked like they hated their life and didn’t want anything to do with me

Service in usually very good. Order fulfillment time varies. This location can get crazy busy.

Cashier didn't understand my order of half green tea, half lemonade no ice. Several discussions about size ( smaller were not available so I told her the smallest one avail. She couldn't understand which two rinks to mix in one cup. ( even though it's an option on their menu. 11$ and two drinks later and my cup was overflowing with ice. Even though i mentioned no ice several times.

Parking: The drive through line often extends beyond the parking lot and blocks in the parking spots in front of the door. Definitely drive around the line and park in the more inconvenient spaces so that you can leave.

The old lady in the drive thru was SO RUDE!! She gave me the wrong drink so i politely told her that it must have been a mistake and even i apologized for her and she gave me a dirty look and just STARRED at me for a good 10 seconds like she wanted to jump thru the window and hit me. She then was like “you didn’t say that at the window” and rolled her eyes and kept giving attitude. I was honeslty scared to drink the new drink that they made me because of the way she was treating me. How is she allowed to be here still? I see all these bad reviews about her??

Went to Starbucks and asked for an tall acai refresher without lemonade and light ice. I order this drink a lot and they gave me water that looked and tasted like a few drops of strawberry flavoring. I decided to take back and told the person at the speaker that my drink tastes mostly like water and barely like strawberry. She told me that's what I ordered and kept talking over me and told me they can remake it. But I didn't want a remake because I felt uncomfortable with the way the staff was acting . When I got to the window I told her I'll take my refund. And she told me they already made the drink and added extra strawberry acai and that my first drink is how sb is supposed to make it. I told her that I've been to other sb and ordered this drink and it never tasted like pure water. She got defensive and said "they probably made it wrong then..." I just took my drink to keep the peace and my cup was filled half way with ice. So I only got a few sips out of it. I tried talking to the manager but he didn't seemed to want to hear what I had to say since he made the drinks and he kept saying it was fine when it was not. I just told him have a good evening because he kept talking all over me l. I told him I ordered this drink before He told me that I probably order a different drink which was rude . I don't think I'll be coming back to this Starbucks.
