I used to really like this starbucks, but in the past few months it seems like everytime I go in they have to locate my order. I get it if it were busy, but when this happens it usually isn’t. For example, today I went in and it said my order was done so I got my drink, but my food was not on the table. I waited a few minutes to say something and it was behind the table, even thought it said my order was ready. A few other times, my food will not even be made yet or my drink will be on the drive thru counter(that is located behind the cashier, so I have to ask them to locate it.) It feels like this is an ongoing issue and I get this is small, but it can just feel annoying especially if they have my food leaving out and then it gets cold. This starbucks is located right by my school on the way home, but this issue has made me consider just going out of the way to go to the other one in town.

Terrible experience. Service was way below the line. Spent 18.65 on 2 cups of coffee and the drink was made incorrectly. When I told the woman, she was irritated and said” I promise I made it right” . What happened to customer service and we will

We’re a regular there because we work minutes away from it. They usually put 2 pack of salt into milk before stirring it up to make foam out of it. They no longer do that because of laziness?? We now have to sprinkle 2 pack of salt on top of foam to make our coffees perfect. Even though we ordered the same, exact drinks every time, but sometimes we get full cup & sometime not. What the heck…

I don't go to this location very often because the cars waiting in the drive thru are usually wrapped around the entire building. I also feel that the parking lot is designed poorly and it's very difficult to get back out onto the main road from the exit. To put this in perspective, this location is situated on a corner of a very busy intersection. There are also two highschools located within a half mile of this store. I noticed there was no one in the drive thru this evening so I went ahead and stopped. I'm not crazy about their drinks but my daughter likes them. I do like their 3 pack of madeline cookies which I ordered today. I noticed the wrapper was marked 03/25. I'm assuming that's the best by date. I opened the cookies and immediately suspected they were old because they were falling apart. I took one bite of a cookie and was so disappointed. They were hard and crumbling. It seems as if they were in a fridge, taken out, and repeatedly put back in the fridge. They are supposed to melt in your mouth almost like butter. When you're paying $3.00 for 3 little cookies from a place like Starbucks you have an expectation and sadly that wasn't met. I think it's fair to say that the employees aren't necessarily rude to you here but they certainly don't go out of their way to be friendly. I really think they need more staff on weekdays early in the morning and after the highschools let out.

Avoid this location at all cost! The staff at this location is extremely rude. The beverages also felt watered down, very surprising with the premium cost for products. Save your money, time, and mood, you’ll lose all of them if you come here.
