Came in for lunch today. Burger was great. Fries were hot and crispy and the strawberry shake was excellent. 10/10 great job!! Highly recommend and I will be returning very soon. Very impressed!
Tried to purchase about 45 dollars worth of food, and gave a 100 dollar bill to pay with but was told that they don't take Hundreds! Just upset because its legal tender that pretty much anywhere else would accept because it's money.

My daughter was in from Colorado and she loves this steak and shake so me and my wife went to get at airport and she was ready for steak and shake so we headed there the food was delicious the restaurant was clean and the workers were terrific just as always when we go there

The soda machine is absolutely ridiculous. Guess Steak N Shake is no longer a place we will eat at. Bummer. Freddy's doesn't require us to use a QR code and then limit drink refills. I am 35....not old...and this is too much.
My food was good. Came out hot. Portions were good. But holy cow, the entire restaurant itself was disgusting. Not ONE napkin in any of the napkin dispensers and when I asked an employee if we could get some she RUDELY replied that βsomeone is on it!β While walking away from me. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and take my 5 year old potty. Toilets were DISGUSTING and no soap in the dispensers so couldnβt even properly wash my hands. And the floors were so sticky. I used to love going to Steak βn Shake but this will be the last time for me. Very very disappointed in the upkeep. Felt dirty just sitting there eating.

Havenβt been since right after pandemic. Now I remember why. Dirty, no one to explain the changes, food was awful. Steak and shake was iconic in the day. What a shame it is such a disappointment.

As we were pulling into the parking lot both cooks walked out of the building to have a smoke break and we went in to order with no employees in sight and they took 5 minutes to come back inside and another 5 to start cooking our food and never said sorry for the wait or inconvenience I do not appreciate how your employees donβt care he was also touching bread and cheese and everything else with the same gloves he touched the raw meat with

Terrible. Have to order and pay through kios.Then pick up your own food, then dispose of trash. To top it off they have the nerve to want you to tip them for doing NOTHING. Never be back there again
