Went and got a 6 inch the bread was so hard I could not eat it. I took the top off and ate the bottom. Second time this has happened. Won't go back.

I just left this Subway, and I have to say Justin absolutely made my day. I was having a rough one, but his positive attitude and amazing customer service instantly lifted my mood. He was friendly, patient, and really made me smile without even trying. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, but Justin definitely does. He did an excellent job, and I truly appreciated the way he treated me. Subway needs more employees like him! I’ll definitely be coming back because of the experience he gave me. Thank you, Justin! 👏💛

Get these poor people some help. This poor kid was running the entire place by himself with a line of six people, WHILE people kept interrupting him making other peoples orders. He was fantastic, but clearly you don’t care about your employees enough to make sure they arent stranded.

Found a dead fly in my sandwich. Worker seemed annoyed I am hard of hearing or maybe he was having a bad day. This isn’t the first time I have heard of bug being in good here. 100% will not be back

I've gone to this location several times over the last few years and everytime the taller bald guy is working I will leave and go to the other location. Every time I ask for something specific, like 3 pickles or 4 green peppers, he has some comment to make about it. Why does it matter that i only want 3 pickles its not like im asking you to stand and count out 16 pickles.

Subway is one of the worst restaurants on planet earth. How in the world is it possible for a 4/10 sandwich that only exists for convenience to cost 15 dollars. You can get the same sandwich online though the app for 8 or 9 bucks. I understand the convenience of online orders for the business, but an up charge of more than 33% is one of the most insane things I have ever seen. Absolutely ridiculous, especially in a market that has at least 4 better options for sandwiches, somehow all cheaper than subway

The bald guy, was rude and condescending, I ask about the new item of nachos. Trying to get some clarification he stated it is what is on the picture hunny. Then I asked what type of cheese it was, shredded or a nacho cheese and would if it be hot and he stated once I warm it up hunny. As a professional women I don't want to be called hunny and I would appreciate when new items come available if a customer has a question that it is explained without an attitude

Excellent Subway shop !
Went in for lunch, and my sandwich making gentlemen was cordial and talented. Had a great demeanor with other customers and pointed out that I got a discount for incidentally ordering the sandwich of the day. I was prepared to pay five bucks more, but he was honest and helped me out to save.

I was given a stark reminder why we haven't been to a subway in 2 years. We walked in, two workers were on the floor. They promptly went in the back and closed the door with no welcome even though we were the only ones there. Then, another 6 minutes later one finally came behind the counter to ask "how many subs". I'm not a high maintenance person but as someone who has worked retail, there are some basic expectations like a simple greeting etc. I asked if the $6.99 meal deal covered all subs....reply "I don't know, we'll have to find out when you're done ordering and get to the register". Helpful. I looked it up myself to ensure that our order would qualify.
I told him we needed 4 and I hat breads. Then asked about the first one and told him what we wanted, then was cut off "don't tell me toppings until we get there". OK, sorry, it's a cold sandwich but that's fine.
We get to the pool and and have everything rang up and it's clearly wrong where it's raining up in excess of the $6.99 meal deals we ordered. I asked about it. He said "....tax" in a wonderfully dismissive tone. I told him the pre tax total is off. He then replied "it is what it is. I can't change it."
I can't say I've had a more disengaged and dismissive experience at a food establishment. I would give it one star, but I'm legitimately excited that we have no more subway gift cards so we are never incentivized to come back to a place with sub-par food and terrible service.
And yes, like many others have stated, our direct experience was with the bald gentleman and the older man was also here but we did not have any contact with him. One would think such a well established pattern would warrant some changes

The employees must not have food safety training. Because after working the register, the employee thought because she used her dirty hands to put on gloves. It would be okay to make my sandwich. When I asked her if she had washed her hands, she refused. This is why whole restaurants get shut down for making people sick!

When I came in, I was the one to say hi first. I was patiently waiting to be helped (I guess online orders get acknowledged before in-person customers). Meanwhile, the person working was just tossing things around. After he finally helped me and I told him my order, the only thing they asked me was if it was my only sandwich order, what I wanted on the sandwich and if I wanted a receipt. There was not “have a good day”.
