Went about half an hour before they closed. Worker was younger and had short curly gray hair. She was rude, had an attitude the whole time, and got even further frustrated when my boyfriend added a pretzel on at the end. I myself work in fast food so I know it’s frustrating, but I also know better than to treat customers like she did. I don’t recommend

I went in to get a six inch, there was only one guy at the front who was working hard to make the orders by himself. Finally his other coworker came out, and finished my sandwich. I asked for a little regular mustard on my six inch and he put 4 lines…The bread on the sandwich feels like it’s from 2 days ago and there was a hair in my sandwich as well. I would not recommend going to this one but rather the one by baan Thai and McAllisters in Glen Carbon.

Gosh, I know most people would rather be anywhere but working late on a Friday evening. We were hoping for two quick sandwiches! My boyfriend and I showed up at 8:45pm (store closes at 9pm) to a locked door and two employees refusing to make eye contact with us. No biggie. We won’t be back.

Was I tonight about 5:30 & the young man was working by himself. Co worker was late. He played it cool. Helped everyone out CO² was making crazy noise.he still kept his cool got everyone out the door plus online orders & kept it moving. Very polite & helpful!!!
