My 6 inch roast beef only has one slice of roast beef on it. When you pay over $8.00 for a sandwich, you expect more than one slice of meat on it :(

Went in about 8:40 on a Friday night (closes at 9:00). We were the only ones in store. Employee did not look at me or otherwise acknowledge my presence as I stood waiting to order. Several minutes passed. Finally started to leave and my son asked why. Told him because apparently we couldn’t order anything. Employee still said nothing until I yelled from the door “are you deaf?” She then said, “ I told you I would be a second.”
Staff needs to work on bettering their customer service. A girl named Camerin, was huffing and puffing and giving me attitude just because I needed a minute to decide what I was ordering. Mind you, I was the only customer in there. There was no line or other people waiting on me.

We went to your subway this afternoon for lunch, which we always do and you would not honor valid coupons.
The manager tried to scan the coupon and said that the coupon we were using was already used, which is not true. She just couldn’t get the machine to work and she would not override it. We will no longer be doing business with you ever again!!!! The manager was not very nice at all. I work with the public every day and I’ve never ever been talk to you like that.

Person answering the phone is very nice
Just ordered about 30 min ago- I Usually don’t have any issue when I order in the restaurant (that’s why 4 stars and not 3); however, I ordered online today and tho it says in BIG type TOASTED- they did not. I don’t understand the difficulty- it wasn’t busy.
Always great food made how I like it and workers happy to help.
Absolutely terrible. Waiting 45 min for my online order that was never fulfilled despite the app saying it was done. Staffed on a Saturday at lunch with one person doesn't seem like a smart decision.

Love these guys. Years of watching them work it out and always being there. They are the best.
This particular subway experience was sub par. My special lady friend got a salad. It was terrible. She didn't get the vegetables she asked for. The chicken portion was abysmal. The worker was about getting it done not about getting it right. Needless to say my special lady friend wasn't happy. If my baby ain't happy I ain't happy.
Workers behind the counter all the time without masks and tried to touch my sandwich with the same gloves they had just worn to handle money. ?
Unenthusiastic employees, terrible customer service, slow and a huge line of customers all of which were greeted as though they had wronged the staff.Food was great!
Had to tell the worker to fix his mask an wash his hands before making my sandwich ??♀️
