I ordered 30 dollars worth of food for my family. By the time I got home I realized they forgot my steak burrito (the most expensive item). When I called and told them, they offered to let me come back and pick it up. In short, they said they would give me what I paid for. Wow. Great customer service! You ruined dinner because you can't count and offered nothing in return by way of apology. Thanks Grace for saving me a bunch of money. Won't be eating at this taco bell again.

Placed order and took 30 minutes to get our food. When we received our food the work was rude then at the table we realized half of the order was wrong and had to be remade. When I told them one of the workers gave me an angry look and had an attitude. Food was good but customer service could use an upgrade.
Made a mobile order. Thirty minutes after ordering. still no food. I had to go back to work.
Should I report this as a robbery?

I ordered food online to be picked up at 4:15. They made it at 2:00 and let it sit out for over 2 hours. I contacted customer service and they only refunded $25 of the $50 order. Pics of receipt and email for proof

The nice thing on the order kiosk is it shows all the options for the item you order. While it is an o vious upsell it does make for an item as you want it
Do NOT doordash from here at 2 AM on a Saturday night. These morons don't open the lobby so your dasher has to wait for an hour to pick up your cold ass food.

Please get it together. I have eaten at the Edwardsville Taco Bell 2-4 times a month since moving here two years ago. Suddenly in the last month, every trip has been a mess. If you place your order online and choose a time later in the day, they always used to wait until that time to prepare the food. I assumed the system didn't even tell them about my order until the time got close. But now they ignore the time you chose and make the food immediately when it's ordered, so it is cold when you arrive. Today they didn't include my drink and I waited at the counter for 5 minutes. I don't mind waiting if you are busy, but when multiple people walk up to the counter and basically ignore me when I'm trying to talk to you, I'm disappointed.
