My friends and I ate there on December 28. Our baked potatoes were cold, BBQ chicken was cold and my roadkill was hard as a hockey puck, complained to the server who said oh I'm sorry, that was it. To be fair we did not want free meals just wanted the food to be right. Unfortunately that never happened, very disappointing.

I had ordered an herb crusted chicken breast with a double order of fries for my sides. When my party's meals came, I only received the chicken breast and was told they were working on finishing my fries. After I had finished my entree, we got word from our waitress that they had completely ran out of fries. I was offered alternate sides, but opted to not wait for those since my party was already mostly finished eating. We had to ask the waitress if there would be any compensation toward my meal since I was missing 2/3 of it. She spoke to the manager and he had only offered us $1 off. We asked to speak to the manager directly. He barely offered apology at all and told us he was unable to take anything off our bill. He offered us a coupon for a free appetizer instead, however upon inspection the coupon expired 3 days after our visit. We did catch this before we left and was able to get a coupon valid for slightly longer. Just seemed very sketchy. Will not he back to this location.

The hostess let several people go ahead of us and when we finally got a table we didn't get our drinks until after the salad came. Then it took over a half hour to get our food. Several tables that came in after us were done eating before we got our food. I feel like we were given bad service on purpose.

Steaks were not cooked correctly. Bariatric patients were not allowed to order kids meals because as the manager said:” we have to keep the doors open and can’t afford to let adults order that size meal”. Manager was a complete smart mouth. Did not remove charges from ticket. Left without eating. Absolutely horrible experience and we will never be back.

Came in at open, was told wait time was 0-10 min. Waiting in lobby and watched multiple groups after us get seated. Finally sat 35 mins after arrival. After being seated. Service was absolutely amazing. Our server made sure we were always full on rolls, drinks, and brought extra butter when he noticed it low. Food was delicious and cooked perfectly.

The hostesses were all incredibly rude. Everyone's steak was overcooked, including at tables near us. A food runner hit my mother in the head with his tray! There were no paper towels in the restroom. The manager here must be an incredibly careless person. Our server was good, but we will not be returning.

I had a disappointing experience at this location. My family and I decided to visit this location for dinner. My food wasnt good. The chicken was dry and over cooked. I had this entree before at other locations and its normally delicious. The vegetables cooked have been cooked longer. I have never had any issues with food when I go to other locations. I was really disappointed with the meal. The server I had was wonderful. I probably wont visit this location again.

Was seated individual feet from the restroom. Les than ideal is a kind description.

That bread and rolls are amazing! The peanuts are always a good appetizer. The steak was cooked the perfection in the shrimp was even better.
