We used The Cup for our wedding on Nov 8th, 2025 and they were incredible to work with from start to finish. We had a long email thread going of me asking a million questions and they answered every single one thoughtfully and they were extremely responsive. I got so many compliments from guests about the cupcakes and I can say from the ones I had that they truly are the best tasting cupcakes around. You will not regret choosing The Cup!

I went into The Cup for the first time today to purchase one or two cupcakes because of the cupcakes that I have tasted that have been brought into our office at Smile Center Orthodontics. I left there with an Ooey Gooey Butter Cake, 6 sugar cookies, and a 4 pack of cupcakes. The young lady that assisted me was so extremely friendly and helpful! The store smelled so delicious and was very clean and well organized. I highly recommend The Cup! I am a forever customer based on my experience today and the quality and taste of the baked goods!
These cupcakes could send a hummingbird into diabetic ketoacidosis. My wife and I ordered a few through DoorDash, expecting dessert—not a direct injection of sugar into our souls. We got four, tasted one, and now three are headed straight for the trash. I’ve never done crack, but after one bite, I feel like I understand it. Thanks for the hyperglycemic enlightenment.

A very cute cupcake shop with a variety of options and flavors. The maple bacon cupcake is my absolute favorite, but the confetti cupcake is the golden standard as well. I love that they have gluten free options and even some pupcakes for the dogs!

After seeing a video on TikTok, my mom and I decided to stop on our way home from St. Louis at the Edwardsville location. We live in Tennessee, and the cupcake picture is from when we walked through the door of our home to share with the rest of the family. They were still in tip-top condition and tasted oh-so-amazing. They weren't overly sweet, and the flavor profile for each cupcake was excellent. The staff, too, were exceptional—very kind, patient, and interactive. I honestly wish we lived closer to go more often or for them to open somewhere closer to home.
