Stopped in here for some beers at the bar with friends. The place was a bit busy and they were very, very short staffed unfortunately. We waited longer than desired for things, but everyone was still very friendly. I would recommend, but cannot comment on the food.

I went to the bar and I haven't eaten for this reason that I'm going to comment on. I think everyone knows that you can see the food from the outside. The guys in the kitchen are laughing and laughing over the food. I thought for a moment and I still think about it. They make fun of me but I think they have to be careful and respectful towards the food. They don't bring their hats, but rather their gloves. From what I saw when they delivered the food, they don't look clean. They were like joking. I don't know if the people in front of them don't put their clothes in order. The waitress is very kind to me and all the staff, but I think that the kitchen is very bad. I hope they change it so I can eat a dish with confidence. I don't want to eat food with their saliva.

I came up here to spend time with family and we decided to order from here because the reviews were pretty good.I had nothing to eat that day so I was pretty hungry when I got here. Within 10-12 hours I started to get sick. I ended up throwing up undigested pieces of my food 24 hours later prompting me to decide to go to urgent care to which they determined I had a a moderate to moderate/severe case of food poisoning. This ended up lasting a little over 3 days before I started to feel normal.So instead of spending time with family I spent the majority of the time sick, in bed, in the bathroom, or throwing up in their yard.Absolutely never again.

I’ve given this place more chances than deserved. Every time my order gets messed up whether I dine in or order out, at this point I expect the order to be wrong. But this was the last time. I Ordered birria tacos with no onion and a side of rice to go. I received birria tacos with wayyy too much onion and the side of rice. With me being at work i called back and explained the order wrong and need it to be corrected. They asked to bring the food back. I had my girlfriend pick up the food, drive there, replace it and drop it off. Opening the bag again I realize they gave me birria tacos with slightly less onions, consome with onion, no more limes on the side, old bag of chips(that comes with it naturally) and what looks like beard hair in the food in multiple spots on each taco, i posted a photo of an example before I found the rest. I am disgusted and done with the place.

The front lady at the cash register basically ignored me when I had an online order and when I didn’t know what table she was pointing at for me to go to gave me the biggest attitude… I work in food service too lady and I find it in me to be kind. The other staff were incredible!
Giving a five star in spite of the small child in the booth behind me. I ordered queso, a house margarita and Enchilada Supremas. The service was as great and influenced my second margarita purchase. Not the best decision but it was so good and I could get back to my hotel with limited driving on any roads. The queso was yummy and the enchiladas were filling. The chicken enchilada was a little cold but not enough to deter me from going again. Decor was cute, restaurant was clean and everyone was nice. A must stop near SIUE

Came in to get my to go order, informed the lady that there was an error in the food. She tried to argue and say I didn't order that way but with allergies I'm always careful on what I say. She tool the food back finally and then threw it against a wall before remaking it with an attitude. No thank you, refund please. Don't have to dine here again.

I have tried at least a dozen items off the menu here and everything has been great so far. Volcano nachos, Arroz Con Carne, or the chorizo street tacos are my go to items though.
I have been coming here and eating the same thing every time. I really like the food. This time they charged me couple of bucks extra to NOT TO INCLUDE chicken in my burrito upon request. As I have allergy issues I had to accept this price difference. Then my food came wrong and they tried to convince me that they bring what I ordered. After I explain myself they accepted to change it with the correct one. Last and worst, while I was still having my dinner, they brought the check and said “have a good night”.All in all, it was okay to pay couple of dollars more for less food because they have a student discount. As a person who can go out for a dinner once a week, I had a “regular person dinner” with a student salary.
