At the drive thu the burgers were cold and the buns were stale. The fries were cold and over cooked. It all went in the trash. Will never eat at this location again.

Ordered at about 10:10pm tonight and they asked us to pull forward. We only ordered 2 10 nugget meals and our order wasn’t brought out to our car for over 30 minutes and there had only been one person ahead of us when we got there. The chick who brought the order out had the audacity to not even apologize for the wait. Won’t ever be giving this place business again.

Literally got ignored at the drive through, went inside thinking it would be quicker. Wrong. No one even acknowledged my existence until a lady literally came back from her break and finally took my order. Food was cold and had to wait an eternity. Also watch out for the potholes they will ruin your fender. Never again. I honestly get better service at McDonald's.

The parking lot is full of massive crater sized potholes that can be deeper than expected. Be very careful driving in the parking lot of this Wendy's.
The food quality is good for a fast-food establishment, but the staff I interacted with were rude to me when I walked in and decided to look at the menu for a minute before ordering.

I would give one star if I could. Don’t expect to get your food if you order on the app after the dining room closes. It’s as if they intentionally keep the outside lights off to deter people from coming into the parking lot, and furthermore, turn the menu lights off and blatantly ignore the speaker and anyone that comes to the window. There were three staff cars in the parking lot and if I’m not mistaken it only takes that many to run a fast food kitchen late night when you aren’t getting too many orders at a time. To act as if low staffing is the issue is absolutely to be deceitful, you just don’t want to work. At 15, I worked the closing shift at a Rally’s in stl with only 3 people with rushes through closing every night. Completely unprofessional on Wendy’s part to let a business continue on operating like this. Maybe just close the location if finding decent humans to work in it isn’t an option? 🤷‍♀️

All 3 of my burgers were raw and cold. Couldn’t get ahold of the restaurant. Someone picked up the phone for 10-15 seconds and didn’t say a word. I said hello they just hung up. I’m disgusted by the food and am out $40 on a dinner I can’t eat. Steer clear!

They seemed short staffed when I went to get a burger and fries. I waited 30 mins in line just to get my food and just for my fries and burger to be cold. My bacon on my sandwich had to be cooked hours before I ordered my food because it was hard as a rock. I don’t know who owns this business but you really need to take a deeper look on who you hire at this busy workplace. Severely disappointed. I thought being patient and being kind would result in me having a good experience; absolutely not. This Wendy’s won’t last much longer in this growing town :(

Food was cold and staff was rude. I now see why places are losing business. I can't see why people who work in this field deserve $15/hr when they deliver the patreon a trashy experience. The staff obviously doesn't care about the people who keep them with a job
