So I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich by spouse ordered the baconator the gill chicken sandwich came out as a crispy the guy who was making food told me he would make any sandwich that I wanted cool because they told me they don't have grilled chicken sandwiches after the girl who was working the register told me they did then my husband got his baconator not only did it have hair in it but it only had one Patti instead of two at this point we was just done through our food away and walked out it wasn't worth the trust in the food after that the queso dip that they had looked like it had been sitting all day had crusty cheese in it and it was nasty looking.

This is the slowest service in Edwardsville. Slowest.
Waited 5-10 minutes to get waited on. Not busy at all. No inside customers. No catsup, cups for catsup or napkins on stand. No salt or pepper out for customers. VERY disappointed !!! Saw 3 employees. Never had this kind of experience before at any Wendy’s.Marilyn

This Wendy’s location has been bad for a long time. My order is always wrong, cold, and underwhelming. They always somehow take FOREVER too. Not to mention how corporate has jacked the prices up to where it’s absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell will I ever eat here again.

The location has declined over the years. Service is strange, as the personnel seem to forget why they are even there. Amount of time from drive through order to drive away is around 8 min, which is a bit long, but part of that is simply staffing. Food was only mildly warm, and not very fresh. Soft drink was very watered down. Fries were a disappointment. Frosty was quite good though. There are more attentive options in the area. I likely won't stop at this location again for quite a while.
