The employees are disrespectful and the food will take at minimum 30 minutes. However, the food is damn good and is the only reason I still go to this place. If you don’t order online before hand have fun waiting in one of the two wooden chairs they have inside for half-an-hour.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. This place is run by a bunch of unprofessional buffoons. Nobody wants to take your order. No one greeted me or even acknowledged me for about 10 mins. They were having inappropriate conversations quite loudly. Then they came to take my order and wanted to act like I was inconveniencing them. I think her name was Heidi? She said it would be about 20 mins for my order which quickly turned into 40 mins as she wasted time on the phone talking about her incarcerated bf. Maybe leave that talk at home? Most of the soda was out. The place was dirty, the bathroom smells like something died in there. After 45 mins of waiting, they handed me a greasy bag of the thinnest barest chicken wings and ice cold fries. If you’re ever thinking of stopping there for a quick bite to eat, save yourself the trouble and go to Buffalo Wild Wings right across the street. Better service and better food.

Really great food and everything else pretty horrible, could take you up to 2 hours to get your food no matter what they say in advance, great seasoning tho get the barbecue or the hot honey chicken and whatever time they tell you itll be ready in, expect double

I don’t know why I tried this place again. They shorted me 50 wings that I paid to have delivered through their website. When I called to request they bring them out. They told me no, then told me how busy they were like it was my problem and then hung up on me. I wasn’t exactly being easy to deal with but this is no way to treat someone after you didn’t fulfill their order.

I placed a pick up order for myself thru DoorDash and got the notification it was ready. I got to Wing Stop and the girl said it would be 4 more minutes….then why did you tell me it was ready. While I’m waiting, it’s two girls and a guy all talking about their lives and just sitting there while “the food cooks.” One girl started talking about her incarcerated bf that she can’t wait to see and bang but “not this week bc I’m on my period” is what she says out loud. They were so loud and talking about weird inappropriate stuff like that in front of me and another customer. I ended up waiting 15 minutes, all because they had no urgency and just wanted to goof off the whole time. I know it’s a first world concern, but like come on it’s not hard to do your job and some people (especially delivery doordashers) have places to be.

Wanted to try Wingstop since it’s so popular on social media but this one was horrible. There was no one in there at 2:30 but about 5 employees and me. No one greeted me, went to the bathroom and it was absolutely disgusting, looked like it had never been cleaned before. Food was ready when I came out of the bathroom and tried to get a drink and almost all the options were out. I asked if they had a coke syrup in the back that they could replace and they said “yes”. Waited about 10 mins and asked the same employee again and she said they were out after waiting for 10 mins. Tried to get another drink but almost every one of them was out. I work in the food industry and was very unimpressed…
