I feel the customer service was very rude today by Cassie....it was uncalled for , not to mention she wouldn't listen to what I was telling her I wanted, she gave me wrong order and charged me for a third meal, I went up and asked her about it and the other lady was great on fixing it. But while I sit down n eat I don't appreciate the nasty looks and attitude . Won't be coming here neither will my husband .

Went through the drive through after a long day of traveling. I realized after I ordered I pulled in a few minutes before close. I felt awful and told the kind gentleman at the window I was sorry, and asked if it was easier for me to order something else since they were about to close. He was very kind and reassured me I was fine. They were quick and my food was great. 5 stars for great service!

Placed an order online and when I got there I was told they didn't have what I ordered (gyro). The guy at the window made it right, however I normally wouldn't leave a review for that. It was how polite and kind the employees were that made me want to leave a review. I ended up getting a cheesesteak that was fabulous and the amount of meat was generous compared to most places. It is the second one I've had and both were great! I don't know if it's because we're in the middle of the country but both where I'm from and where I'm going they are not nice and pleasant people like this spot. Thanks guys!!!

Went there today, worker had no gloves on making my food.
After being completely ignored at the KFC nearby, it was refreshing to be greeted and have our order on our table in less time than we spent being completely ignored at the KFC. Food came out perfect - Thanks.

came to effingham arbys on my lunch because I live in decatur and their arbys is always amazing food and service wise. its definitely not the same here in effingham. I ordered and the kid was very rude, he was also rude to the car in front and behind me. I then had to wait around 30 minutes to get my food, then once I finally got my food I didn't even get the correct stuff. Will definitely not be coming back
