Buffalo Wild Wings

We went in today 09/20/2025 around 3pm- booth 84. We left after an hour of not having food, when the manager said she would take care of drinks. We ordered street tacos, wings, ultimate appetizer, and 3 soft drinks and a house margarita. It was poor service, they never asked if we wanted another margarita, we were told 20 minutes before leaving the food was coming right up. No one tried to even make things right or find out what the true problem was. We were not checked on much through all of this. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience we have had at a buffalo wild wings or any restaurant at that

This has been the third time that we have been to this restaurant and we’re seated and no one came to wait on us and they were waitresses walking all around. No one ever came to wait on us so after 15 minutes, I got up and went towards the door, my husband went on out because as I said, this is the third time that we have Tried to eat at this particular restaurant in Effingham. As I walked toward the door, I saw I guess it was the manager hostess whatever she was at the cash register at that time and she had three other people with her. I’m assuming new waitress staff anyway I told her that we hadn’t been waited on and we were leaving and I was very disappointed because this is the third time if that had happened to us at this restaurant. She said oh I’m sorry no one came to wait on you. No, I said no one came to wait on us and one of the other gals with her said well we’re short staffed and I looked at her and I said well if I told my patience, I’m sorry we can’t help you cause we’re short staffed. That’s no excuse. I wasn’t hateful. I just said it matter fact and I said you know this is the third time this has happened to us in this restaurant Not that it will make any difference to any of you but I I’m sure we probably won’t be back. And I left and I am only commenting on this because it seems to be more and more like this not just at Buffalo wild wings in Effingham, Illinois. But at other eating establishments. Is very sad that this is the way the world is today. My husband and I really enjoy the food there, but I doubt that we’ll be back again. And as I said before, not that it will make any difference to you but I feel better at least talking about it. And by the way, there were only three other tables in there and two people at the bar when we went in and everyone, but the people at the bar were already eating their food so I don’t know why someone couldn’t wait on us. Food was great ! Waitress couldn't pass a breathalyzer to safe her life ! Twice she touched our food! Only gave us one fork when we were sat . She forgot half our drinks. If it weren't for other staff members helping , we would probably still be waiting for our food , the food how ever was excellent , so if You're about good food it's a go too for sure ! This is all about the horrible serve!

Never have I had such poor service at a bww. Even the manager didn't care that our food took an hour and was cold. Left without eating

Told us our food would be ready in 10 minutes but took another 22 minutes after already waiting an hour after placing the order. Got the food, drove 8 minutes home, and the food is cold. Explain that? Order was also wrong with giving us the wrong chicken wraps….not a good option for take out

The bone in wings had hardly no meat in them the wings had been terrible breaded and quality of the chicken wasn't that great like it used to be buffalo wild wings chicken is going downhill

If you want to stand and not be spoken to or waited this is the place. Left after 2 employees walked by as I stood at the register with no one speaking.

Quick and easy lunch spot. Food is good as always and the weekday lunch specials keep the price lower than some of the fast food establishments in town.

I travel to Effingham for work every few months and I had avoided this location due to the bad Google reviews, but tried it this time. Food and service was great! No complaints! Malayne my waitress was working hard covering many tables. I had the mango habanero and buffalo wings! Will be back.
