The young woman (glasses and septum piercing) scheduled on 12.5.25 at noon, was an incredible host/cashier. We ordered pick up, and she was courteous, attentive, and professional. We arrived early, and she provided several updates on our food, and ensured we had everything we needed in the bag to eat while traveling. You just don't see this much anymore, and all three of us commented on her amazing service.

We ordered 3 meals, and 2/3 were good and without complaints. 1/3, the chicken wrap was not hot, the chicken coating was very dry, crunchy, and tasteless. The side slaw dressing tasted rancid and the slaw was more like a side salad than what you expect in a slaw mix. We pitched it as the dressing I'm sure was spoiled.

Buffalo is buffalo, nothing special any more but good. The waiter/bartender was cool. They were closing up when we were there so he was doing alot all over so the drinks sat empty for a bit but he did great. I know how it is doing several things at a time.

I hate to give a bdubs a low rating, so please let me explain. You'll still get the same great food and atmosphere as any other Bdubs, but this one is way understaffed and out of all the bdubs I go to throughout the country this one has the lowest turn out and attendance especially for a MNF game. I cant speak bad about the wait staff, they were sweet and really trying to help. However, since there was an empty place the bartender started her closing duties way to early and an hour before close, most chairs were put up. For the few of us there we didnt even get audio for the game until almost half time. Corporate needs to come in and shake the tree on this place. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and watch most football games at them. I even book my hotel rooms based on locations of bdubs, But this one needs help and it wouldn't take much to get it up to the same standards as the ones all over America.

We came in and sat at the bar — waited over 20 minutes before anyone even came to take our order, and the place wasn’t busy at all. When the waitress finally showed up, our drinks took another 15 minutes to come out. Food took about 30 minutes and wasn’t even hot when it arrived. The service was terrible from start to finish, and honestly, it felt like we were being ignored. We only stayed because I was hungry and it was late.
The waiter walked pass us over 5 times and never asked if we were ok are needed anything else like a refill etc.
DO BETTER!

Disappointed. Walked in and stood there for over 10 minutes we were passed by 4 waitress's and a Manager. None of them even acknowledged us. We walked out and went to Chili's and it was great

We went in today 09/20/2025 around 3pm- booth 84. We left after an hour of not having food, when the manager said she would take care of drinks. We ordered street tacos, wings, ultimate appetizer, and 3 soft drinks and a house margarita. It was poor service, they never asked if we wanted another margarita, we were told 20 minutes before leaving the food was coming right up. No one tried to even make things right or find out what the true problem was. We were not checked on much through all of this. This was the most disappointing and frustrating experience we have had at a buffalo wild wings or any restaurant at that

Run by a caring manager and a friendly staff. Just did takeout but everyone was attentive and actively checking on the patrons. Highly recommended two-thumbs up 👍 👌

If you want good service you have to go during the morning I’ve tried multiple times getting pick up food in the afternoon because I love there food but I’ve spent so much money and never have I ever not had problems, they either had me the wrong stuff, forget multiple things from my order, or it’s just completely messed up.

our waitress amanda was so great!! she was so sweet and attentive and made sure my friend and i were were taken care of. food and service was amazing!

Katlynn was great! I went in to work and get dinner and she checked in to make sure I had what I needed but wasn’t intrusive. Food was great too!

Went here with a table of 5 got 3 people's food the other 2 the server forgot to put the order in so when 3 people finished eating we still didnt have the food for the other 2 people. One was a kids meal he neber got his food while others ate. They couldn't even refill our drinks or bring the kids sweet tea out. This was awful service then all they did was take 20 bucks off the 90 dollars the total table was. I do not recommend anyone stop and eat here! Our whole table should of been compt honestly. I figured I'd take it up with corporate since they didnt care here at this restaurant. The food was cold when brought to the table. I dont know what kind if management they got going on but they clearly dont care about customers here which is sad cause that's why they are employees here to serve food good quailty food!
