Drive thru takes too dang long everytime!!

Did an online order in the APP
Arrived at the store to see a sign that says, BROILER is not WORKING! NO MEAT!
My wife ordered fish and I had a brisket Jr.
The lavatory facilities were hot and the flies were everywhere
We were told we needed to substitute something for the brisket. I choose fish as that was what my wife was having.
I should have received a refund of the price difference of $0.40 cents
While waiting for our order the female asst manager yelled at someone in the drive-through, “IF THAT’S THE WAY THEY ARE GOING TO BE, CHARGE THEM TRIPLE!!!”
Not super professional!
I wish the app had a warned us about the NO MEAT!

I Was greeted in the Drive Thru of this Effingham Burger King by a rude and impatient employee, who upon speaking with them, made unprofessional and apparent groaning noises while i ordered, i ordered a Whopper with Cheese. No tomatoes, Onions, Ketchup or Mayo. And i got my whopper with everything i just stated (In fairness for them they did leave off the tomatoes like i asked) even tho i only asked for Cheese pickle and lettuce, essentially.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We had a horrible dining experience when a female employee rudely tossed ketchup packets on our tray after requesting for more ketchup. How that women was fit to attend work I don’t know as per her poor attitude and disheveled and unhygienic appearance. The manager also did nothing to make the situation better to ensure returning customers. The food was subpar as the patty tasted cold. 0/10 would not go back again to the Effingham Burger King.

The cashier was beyond ride to the family in front of us. It was purely based off of race. Me and the person I was with were treated great. Lisa (cashier) complained about everything they did at the counter. They got a drink and she said what would do you want to drink and they said water and she got upset and told them they HAVE to put water in there cups . When they asked for water to drink. They asked for ketchup, there was three people in there group and she gave a tiny amount of ketchup. Then when giving more ketchup ( packets this time) she threw them onto there tray with a little to much force cause she was viably upset. When they said to kindly not throw them at them cause they asked politely. She continued to yell and scream at the customers and carry on in the back loudly to her peers.
She was so insubordinate to her manager and arguing and the manager was trying to get her to calms down and handle it professionally. She continued yelling and telling the customers she was allowed to kick them out . It was a ridiculous move on her part and she does not need to be in customer service.

Very dirty! Even the front door handle is nasty. All the tables had crumbs on them. The front counter look like it was falling apart. The food was okay but my Whopper was put together very sloppily. Honestly I was a little worried about getting sick, I guess I'll know in about 5 hours
