Somewhat recently updated interior, friendly service. The atmosphere is a little painful, as it's mostly truckers complaining about their jobs back and forth to each other across the bar. The steak was really good!

This was the place was absolutely awesome. The food was excellent. We had the chicken bites, fried mushrooms, BLT, loaded baked potato, and loaded nacho salad. Every plate was cleaned nothing was left on the plates. Our waitress Chris was the best hands down. She is a 20 out of 10!! I will stop here any and everytime I’m in Effingham! 👍👏✌️

Haven't stopped by in almost a year, try not to even stop in this town. After my meal I remembered why, tastes horrible at best. Dried out old burger patty, asked for tomato, onion, lettuce. Didn't get a tomato, lettuce was wilted like an 85 year old woman. To drink just wanted a water, I've tasted better water from a brook. Walked over to the Petro fuel island to get something that tasted halfway decent. Never again.
