Ordered on the app to pickup and go. I arrived at the estimated time and nothing, they hadn’t even started. They had no chicken and didn’t even start to make it till I talked with them. 20 minutes later they started preparing my meals. Arrived home 30 minutes later than anticipated, and two of the meals were not prepared the way they were ordered. Not switched, completely different meals. Tried to call with no success.
And while I was there the manager told an employee to clock out and leave. She did.
We go here frequently, and a lot of the times they get it right, but they are always short staffed or having some sort of trouble. They definitely need a make over.

I’m usually not someone to leave reviews, but I felt the experience I had today should be shared. This was single-handedly the best experience I’ve had at a chipotle anywhere. The staff was incredibly nice and courteous, even towards my toddler kiddo! Despite being short staffed, they went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed, even when it was rush hour. The food was delicious and cooked super well. My husband said it was the best chicken he’s ever eaten at a chipotle. Effingham is the one stop we make during our 10 hour car ride every couple months to get lunch, and we definitely made the right choice by stopping by here!

I just got the order. It was very light. When I opened it in the store, it was like this. The clerk said the manager was here. The manager took a look but said nothing. This was the worst experience.

If I could give zero stars I would. Terrible service, out of everything and didn’t let mobile order pickups aware. Dirty, rude employees. Won’t be going back to this location.

I decided to write a review after I noticed few times the same issue in this specific location. I go there because it is in my direction In chipotle I have the right to ask for extra from any thing. I always ask for extra rice and extra beans. Every time I see the portions getting smaller. And they put half scoop twice to show me that it is extra. Last time I asked him for black beans he said it is out and no more. While I found out they got the new black beans for the next customer. While I wasn’t even paid yet. So I just took it with the red beans and that it. Today again he was having a few left over from aseda crane meat while the customer in front of me refuse to take it. And the other employee serve him from the fresh one on the mobile order bar. This worker telling me no it is out. And thats the only we have now. Hope the manager takes care of the service while the food taste good.

Honestly had a great experience at this Chipotle! Everyone was super friendly and in great moods. Great portions and everything in stock too. Bathroom and restaurant were clean.

This place is so gross. We are from Texas and stopes through. The store was discussing. The food was slopped into the bowls and the chips if not stale they were soggy wet. Don’t waste ur money here. $50 down the drain. Our order was from 11/15/2025 pick up time was 7:30. Look it up guys. U are so gross. I feel sorry for the people who live in this town.

Probably the dirtiest fast food restaurant I've been in for a long time. Tables not wiped, floors not swept, bathrooms, mssing toilet paper. And meanwhile, employees are standing around talking and not cleaning. At least the food was good.

Always missing items from online pickup. They could at least leave a note or explain why the items weren't included as I understand they need to prep but it's always upsetting when you get home and theres no guacamole, queso and your meal is missing half of its ingredients. This is unacceptable, and I think this is a management issue.

The tacos attached were supposed to have cheese, fajita veggies and lettuce. Additionally, the queso was supposed to be a cup on the side. 🫠
