The place was kinda dirty and the food was ok. It was my first time there and I felt rushed. Might give it a try at a different location.

Shitty staff, bad service went to buy a chicken burrito asked for extra steak later checked on receipt i was charged twice for extra meat, i was told they are out of every single dressing, would never go to this location, $25 for a burrito

Employee are rude, the guy with long hair and beard. Guess Zoey is the name. he just didn’t even know the portion sizes clearly and lazy enough to go inside and bring them out when they ran out. Also gauc and chicken should be a spoon full not half. He doesn’t deserve to work there .

We just ate here and while in the restroom one of the employees came out of the bathroom stall and returned straight to the kitchen WITHOUT washing her hands. This is incredibly unsanitary!!!
We did a pick up order while passing thru on the interstate. The food was tasty but the order was messed up. Ordered a steak quesadilla and it was super small and looked like a soft taco for $12. Not a good value. A cheese quesadilla kids meal was just 3 shells with nothing in them.. 2 stars, be better.

I'm never eating at Chipotle again and it's because of the Effingham establishment. This place was pretty good up until a couple of years ago. It is not uncommon for the trash to be overflowing and the tables dirty. I placed an order online last night and despite very few customers and ample staff, it was not ready on time. It was 10 minutes late. I picked up my order and as I left I checked to notice that the chips I ordered were not there. When I confronted them about it, I was told that they were out of chips. Apparently they just decided to short me the chips and hope I didn't notice until I got home. When I asked for a refund for my chips, they said I had to call a 1-866 number. I called this number and waited 40 minutes on hold. Best they could do was credit me the chips I already paid for! Congratulations Chipotle. You lost a lifelong customer over a bag of chips. I am never eating at your restaurant again.

Might be the worst chipolte I’ve ever been to. The rice was extremely dry, hard, and undercooked - and not seasoned at all. They were “out” of black beans, fajita veggies, and chips. Nothing was seasoned. There were no forks, and the spoons & knives were sitting in damp and visibly dirty receptacles.

Love chipotle went today and even after saying “I’m allergic to avocados” I ended up with a pile of guac on my bowl. When asked for sour cream. Didnt know guac and sour cream sounded the same but other then that pretty happy
