Was disappointed that they were out of the Hashbrown casserole and did not have ingredients where they could have made more when they had run out. They have changed their menu and not necessarily for the good. Also the mashed potatoes were not good, they tasted like instant potatoes.

To start they were out of the featured menu item, then they forced our table to have two servers and one order got lost so half our table was served 20 minutes after the other. Our server then had a meltdown in front of the entire dining room. When the rest of our food finally came out, it was obviously rushed and poorly prepared (My pot roast had 2 small chunks of meat in it and was $17). To cap the meal off, our server dumped my uneaten food in my lap, while clearing our table, which ruined a new pair of jeans.
This is about the 4th time in a row we’ve had a massively bad experience at this location. What used to be a go to place for my family is now a place we will avoid.

We came here for breakfast. My favorite breakfast food is omelet, I was shocked to find out that they don't even have that on the menu. I got something different and it wasn't good. Scrambled eggs unseasoned just meh, ham was very oversalted, hash browns not seasoned. French toast was probably the worst I've ever tried.
$36 later I regret that I didn't take my money somewhere else. We won't be back!

As a server at a Cracker Barrel and someone who has stoped at many different ones this might have to be the worst ran store ever took 10 minutes for drinks 30-35 minutes for our food people who sat down after us were eating it was just 2 of us I think she forgot to put our food in and by the time it came it was cold we waited so long we just ate it

We had a great time! Jennifer our server was fun and friendly, and Isaac was an engaging host. All the staff interacted with our 2-year-old and made her smile. The fish and chicken were great also.

We had a very good dining experience. Our server was exceptional! She came back several times to check on us and refill our drinks! Food was delicious. The only issue was one of us ordered the early special ( steak bites) and the menu said the cost was $9.49 and we were charged $10.49. We didn’t say anything because we don’t like to complain! Other than that we had a great experience and will return.

Today Aug14th my wife and I went to Cracker Barrel for breakfast. Hostess was nice and seated us. my wife saw a CockRoach on her side of the table on the wall
We told the waitress and moved to another table I asked her to tell the manager.We were done eating waitress apologized. No manager came out to talk us till I asked I feel they should not charge us Never mentioned lots of apologies and was told she would let another manager know. We are regular customers but will never be back. In the past had wrong orders on togo orders and they don't go through your order with you when you pick it up and lve
noticed the food doesn't taste like it use too
I'm very disappointed with management not very professional and I doubt if I will. HearANY THING FROM THEMIf I do I will be surprised

I Love Cracker Barrel. I think she must have been new or maybe just having on off day but I asked for lemon for my fish. She came back after I was done with my meal and gave me the lemon ☹️
