I love Culver's. I am writing this to help the restaurant. We order a bacon butter burger combo, NO MAYO, and a Wisconsin patty melt combo. I don't mind the wait if the food is cooked correctly. It took 20 minutes for dine in food to be served to us at an inside table at 7:50 pm. We received lukewarm warm barely cooked fries and a burger with mayo on it. The replacement order received had a bacon cheese burger with no bacon, mustard, and ketchup. The cheese was not melted...

Fries were awesome! Went to eat my burger, guess the decided serving cold was better than warm enough to even melt the cheese. So thats cool i guess, pretty sure that doesnt violate any heath code or anything about serving warm food.

This is one of our go to places when we head south in Illinois or are headed North to home. The service is always friendly and the place is clean. I can count on getting a decent meal and the kids are always satisfied. The frozen custard helps too! On weekends after a holiday, it can be very busy. It seems to be a stop for a lot of people!
