Every single time I want to go around 8 pm they are closed, even though online it says it says they close at 9pm. It really irritates me when this is an all the time thing, if they close before 9pm they need to change their hours. This has been happening for months and I'm just done going at this point.

Dairy queen has really went down hill, just shut it down. I just ordered a cheesecake blizzard and by the time it got here it was melted like it had been sitting out for a while, I only live a few minutes from dq, and it was just so runny it was not edibal to me, so it went in the trash. We need a new dq asap please!

Would go 0 stars if I could, brought our food to the wrong table, then after we ate our food and ordered ice cream when it was brought to us it was a melted mess like it had sat for 10 minutes, will definitely just stick to the local ice cream shop, HomeWood

Wish we had a good Dairy Queen in town. We have had a problem every time we've been here. Wrong order, overcharged, forgotten food, long waits, hair in food, and more. Every time we think enough time has passed for them to work through their issues, we give them another chance. It's never enough for them to improve or they don't want to be better.

They had a lot of ice cream cakes available there. The blizzards I ordered tasted great. I got my food quickly.

Manager was disgustingly mean to the cashier when he asked for assistance ringing up my meal ?

I unwrapped my cheeseburger and found hair on side of cheeseburger. The girl who brought our food out was standing there when I opened the sandwich and apologized and brought me a new one.

They refused to customize a cake out of the cooler. Definitely wouldn't recommend getting your dq cakes from this one. Won't be back.
