The single worst experience I have ever had with a waitress. The food was decent, and the place was clean, and the kitchen staff were great. The waitress Mandi on the other hand was overwhelmed apparently, with 1 already seated and served table there. I'm giving her the benefit of the doubt, but when you don't want to get an extra kids menu because you miscounted, got upset when asked if what was brought out was what was ordered (it wasn't), and then loudly ranted at the kitchen staff because you were asked to verify if an ingredient that a customer is allergic to is in an item, then you probably should not be in any kind of service. Of course there was no manager, and whenever we refused to pay for the one item that we did not ask for, went back and yelled at the staff that woe is me, these customers are awful and demanding. She may have been stressed, but wow. Never going to Denny's again.

Great experience! Stopped in for some quick breakfast and was very pleased. I was seated as soon as I walked in. The waitress was friendly and took my order as soon as I was ready. She brought me everything I needed without having to ask. My food was ready in no time and was cooked perfectly to order. 10/10, thanks Denny's crew!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would the night waitress has the absolute worst attitude only one server seen on a Friday night talking about its gonna be over 30 minutes when there were clearly open booths we walked out along with 2 other groups of people 💔 😔

Shame on you whomever the manager is of this location. 1 cook and 1 waitress..... also host, bus boy, and cashier. If your workers do not show up that's your job! Service was great, food was warm but these two I know are over worked and under paid. Also shame on you Effingham citizens for talking trash the whole time these two waited hand and foot on all 15 tables.
