If I could give this place 0 stars I would the night waitress has the absolute worst attitude only one server seen on a Friday night talking about its gonna be over 30 minutes when there were clearly open booths we walked out along with 2 other groups of people 💔 😔

The waitress was very nice but the quality of the food could have been better my chicken was very overdone it would be nice every once in awhile they would change the grease and the food quality would be a lot better again everything was okay except for the food

Shame on you whomever the manager is of this location. 1 cook and 1 waitress..... also host, bus boy, and cashier. If your workers do not show up that's your job! Service was great, food was warm but these two I know are over worked and under paid. Also shame on you Effingham citizens for talking trash the whole time these two waited hand and foot on all 15 tables.

We love eating here. The one in mattoon closed a while back, so my family and I enjoy coming here. We love the red white and blue pancakes, especially anything breakfast! Love that it is open whenever, hardly anywhere is open 24-7. Our server tonight was new and she was overwhelmed, she did great though and it made us happy seeing her coworkers pep talking her instead of belittling her. 🥰 there were some really rude people at a table near us griping about their food...if someone is new and learning give them some time to learn! she handled herself really well. I dont want to say her name on here but she did great! Food was tasty and staff was really nice. Thank you 😊
It took far too long to get our food here. The server, what's the worst that I had so far? In all of the years of traveling The food was disgusting. Nobody ate their food but my wife liked it there eggs and she ate mines and said it was trash.So I left the food in the.Refrigerator at the hotel
